In the first use (20 minutes of brisk walking - not even running), a noise started in the bottom part. The belt had shifted to the left and was caught in the accessory that rotates the belt. I contacted customer service and a technician came and fixed it. The next day, there was a loud noise during running (which was not heard before the repair) and the belt again had a tendency to shift to the right. Another service, another technician at home. Theoretically, it was fixed. The first time I used it again, the belt came off at the edge within 15 minutes. I have used it 3 times for a total of 70 minutes and have already spoken to customer service 4 times with 2 technician visits.
I contacted the company responsible for Everfit's service again, asking for a different approach (not another technician at home) as it was evident that the machine was defective. Unfortunately, the company's approach was unacceptable as they refused to replace a clearly defective product and started making excuses about warranties, such as blaming my stepping and my foot for the belt shifting within 12 minutes of fast walking.
I contacted the store where I purchased the treadmill and was impressed by their polite and professional treatment! Before I could finish my words, they offered me an immediate replacement with any model I wanted! I chose a treadmill from a different brand. After-sales support is very important! Be careful where you purchase a treadmill from!
