The first level is very easy, the second one seems like you won't make it but after a few days you manage that too..

The first level is very easy and the second one is very difficult. You need about a week to start balancing. Sturdy construction but I would probably prefer the wooden version.

Very good balance disc, it has an extension that attaches to the base, it raises and becomes more difficult. The construction seems durable. Ideal for strengthening ankles and knees.

I have tried other cheaper ones. This one is a bit sturdier....meaning it doesn't make cracking sounds like the others, making me think it will break. I weigh 70 kilos, so I don't know about heavier weights. However, in terms of balance, the cheaper ones are still a bit difficult even with the additional piece that makes it harder in the beginning, but you get used to it after 2-3 days. This one is very difficult because it has a sharper cone at the bottom. So, I recommend it, it's worth it.
