I have bought 2 Dexam molds, 20cm and 26cm.
Nothing sticks to them and the mechanism to open them seems very decent. When it comes to cakes and tart bases, there is no discussion, they never stick!
For oven or refrigerator cheesecakes, or chocolate fondue and brownies, I always put a greaseproof paper on the base of the mold so that I can easily remove them whole (the base has a small elevation around it and it is not easy to insert a spatula). Of course, if you don't have greaseproof paper, you can simply turn the base upside down and it won't have that "elevation" I mentioned (that is also a solution). Bottomline: Excellent product

Δεν κολλάει τίποτα πάνω τους και ο μηχανισμός για να ανοίξουν φαίνεται αξιοπρεπέστατος. Για κέικ και βάσεις τάρτας δεν το συζητάμε, δεν κόλλησαν ποτέ!
Για τσίζκεικ φούρνου ή ψυγείου ή φονταν σοκολάτας και μπράουνις, πάντα βάζω μια λαδόκολλα στη βάση της φόρμας για να μπορώ να τα βγάζω ολόκληρα πιο εύκολα (η βάση έχει μια μικρή υπερύψωση περιμετρικά και δεν μπαίνει εύκολα σπάτουλα). Βέβαια αν δεν έχεις λαδόκολλα απλά γυρνάς ανάποδα τη βάση και δεν έχεις αυτή την "υπερύψωση" που ανέφερα (ειναι και αυτό μια λύση). Bottomline: Εξαιρετικό σκεύος
