What do users say? AI-generated summary

Users consider it a good choice for a low-carb diet and say it pairs easily with other ingredients, as its neutral flavor doesn’t stand out. It works well in stuffed vegetables, meatball soup, soups, and dishes with vegetables, meat, or sauce. However, on its own it can have a rubbery texture; some users report an unpleasant smell if it isn’t rinsed thoroughly, and opinions are mixed on how closely it resembles regular rice.

I tried making stuffed peppers with minced meat. They turned out just like the regular ones. Mixed with the minced meat and the other ingredients, you don't notice the texture at all, so if you're on a diet and avoiding carbohydrates, it increases your food options. I also tried it in meatballs and it was just as nice. I haven't tried eating it on its own, like making risotto, because on their own, they don't chew well; they're like rubbery. However, mixed into some mixture, you don't notice them at all!

It's not bad for a diet, the taste is a matter of preference, lately I have replaced it with cauliflower rice but this is also good for someone who wants to diet and can't cut out carbohydrates.

I expected it not to be as low in calories, but it was fine, and along with other ingredients, you could hardly tell the difference from regular rice.

Konjac products have their characteristic rubbery texture when chewed, a neutral taste, and generally a higher price per kilogram compared to conventional pasta and rice. To add volume to one's meal without adding calories, in combination with vegetables and meat or with a tasty sauce, it works perfectly. This particular rice resembles more the sticky rice we make rather than the grainy one.

With good washing and a nice sauce, it really resembles rice in texture. It smells unpleasant if not washed well. Good solution with vegetables and tuna, like a soup with boiled chicken, it needs a little boiling and anyway it doesn't change anything, just to be incorporated into the ingredients.

It doesn't smell bad. If you boil it a bit and then put it in the pan, it also improves the texture
