Ingredients:
- 200 g. Castagno pasta
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 diced carrots
- A little chopped celery
- 5 tomatoes diced
- 100 g. peas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 liters meat broth
Instructions:
In a pot, heat the butter and oil and sauté the vegetables for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, cover the pot, and let it boil until soft. Add the hot broth, peas, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the pasta and boil for 10 minutes. Your soup is ready. You can add some grated Parmesan before serving.
