The bulbs were completely dehydrated. I planted them on 17/02/24 and until today, 04/05/24, they haven't sprouted. I planted other dahlias much later and now they are blooming.

I bought 3 bulbs. 2 dahlias and one peony. The other dahlia (arabian night) was completely dehydrated. I planted it but I don't expect it to sprout. It came with broken tubers (6) on the neck. The broken tubers have no eyes and are useless. The stem remained with only 1 strong tuber and 2 small half-broken ones. It is likely not capable of sustaining the new plant. The 3 bags with the bulbs were together in a larger plastic bag from the courier without any protection from impacts. They were not wrapped in paper or plastic with air. They also had enough space in the bag to hit each other better
