After two and a half years of daily use, I consider it an excellent vacuum cleaner. I had my doubts initially, but it proves every day that it is very efficient and reliable. It is definitely a worthy Miele vacuum cleaner.

Having experience with several vacuum cleaners, the first serious proposal from Miele for a cordless vacuum fell short. The brush mechanism, as another user has mentioned, especially if you have pets, is a small disaster and easily gets clogged. However, what we did not expect is for the brush mechanism to come off in our hand (literally, the bottom part melted and a ball popped out). Obviously, this is a material flaw or poor design. The vacuum has been in service since August 2nd (today is September 14th) and the dealership has not responded or listened to us.

One of the best purchases. Very easy to use, powerful even in position I, the battery is more than sufficient. There is no chance that I will use or buy a vacuum cleaner with cords again. The dustbin fills up easily and the emptying-cleaning is the only drawback it has. So far (1+ year) it has not had any issues.

Stay away from the vacuum cleaner, you will have problems. Fortunately, I also purchased the three-year warranty. I have already replaced the device twice, and this is the third one I have. I am entitled to another one, but next time I will ask for a refund and switch to another company. The vacuum cleaner has a serious issue with the brush, it stops rotating after a while. For the skeptics, go and read reviews from abroad (Germany), you will see the criticism the company receives. It's a shame because it doesn't represent the name well.

I wanted a stick so powerful that I would never use a corded vacuum cleaner again, as I don't like dragging it around. But the problem was that I didn't know if the technology was ready for that. Well, it is!! I fully replaced a Hoover Athos AT70_AT75011 vacuum cleaner (which initially had a lot of suction power but later, despite my maintenance, it didn't perform well at all).
I went to Miele because I knew that their customers are almost always satisfied. I found it for 360 euros from a well-known store. I watched many reviews on YouTube and I was convinced that if I have the bin permanently at the bottom, it will be very easy to maneuver and it will require zero activation energy from me to start vacuuming (I mean you just grab it, press a button, and start vacuuming) and luckily, everything was true.
I won't explain here how it transforms and how it works, just watch the reviews. I summarize/confirm the following:
    a) it does an incredible job of vacuuming - efficient in all scenarios.
    b) very easy to handle when the bin is at the bottom, it doesn't tire you at all... it will take you 2-3 vacuuming sessions to get used to it and then you will get addicted to it so much that you will vacuum for no reason, just to "drive" it!!! (you turn the handle and it turns too).
    c) high-quality construction
    d) on carpets, it is light years better than the Hoover I had (which initially had strong suction power and was rated A for carpets - what a disappointment!).
    e) it's a transformer... watch videos.
    f) easy bin emptying and maintenance - CAREFUL READING OF INSTRUCTIONS IS REQUIRED!!
    g) it's not a product that talks too much, it just does what it does like a trained dog.
    h) very low noise that is not annoying.

    Negatives:
    1) the battery on level 3 lasts about 15 minutes.
You will only use it on level 3 on high-pile carpets because on other surfaces, the first level is more than enough.
Devil's advocate: "you can buy a second battery to have it ready, pre-charged."
    2) since I went for such a premium product, I would have liked it to have a light on the foot! Bad move from Miele to only include it in its two more expensive siblings: cat&dog \ pro.
    3) I wanted it to have an extendable hose so that I can hold the unit with one hand (when using it as a handheld vacuum) and use the brush to "dust off" high places like shelves or desks with the other hand.
Devil's advocate: there is a third-party company that fortunately thought of it and made it a reality.
