Giffard has known for over 125 years the right way to produce high-quality syrups. The company was founded in 1885 by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist who invented a mint liqueur he named Menthe Pastille. Since then, four generations later, Giffard still aims to always find the best and most aromatic ingredients for the creation of its products.
