Only the best strawberry crops and varieties are chosen, and the harvest occurs when the fruit reaches an advanced stage of ripeness in order to achieve perfect balance in sweetness and texture.

The raw product is washed and mashed immediately to preserve the freshness and texture of the freshly cut fruit, while it is not subject to pasteurization.
