Mixer® concentrated pineapple puree is obtained after double processing of the best pineapples from Latin America.

Only the sweetest and most aromatic pineapples are selected to be pulped.

From 2 kg of initial pineapple puree, we produce 1 kg of final product. During the pulping process, the puree loses more than half of its water volume.

The result of this process is 200% concentrated fruit pulp.
