In the Greek description (EL), it incorrectly states a dosage of two tablespoons per day, while in all other languages it states the correct dosage of three tablespoons. Brewer's nutritional yeast contains a high amount of uridine, which helps the nervous system. In fact, combined with cod liver oil, it also helps with depression. It also contains B1, B9 (which contribute to energy and the nervous system), and Phosphorus.
