I imagine that it matters how old it is and if it was stored under proper conditions to maintain their glue well, but even though the printing does not fade, they constantly peel off from all surfaces except glass.
Maybe they are not made for any surface, but they happened to peel off even from paper, which is their regular use. Maybe I fell into the case
