The worst. Even though I knew that this company would let me down, I decided to give its products one more chance. IT DID NOT DRY at all.

Guys, it's terrible, don't even think about it. It never dries, and in the summer for some reason it reactivated from the heat and a whole cloth got stuck to the clear coat... how is it even possible to sell such a product.
IT IS NOT 2K, it doesn't have the hardness of TEKAN. Don't be fooled.
If you want it for display items that are always stored in safe places at the right temperatures, then maybe.
Otherwise, in my opinion, spend the 20 euros on a 2-component spray to avoid the suffering I went through.

So guys, listen up. I tried this particular varnish for coating car headlights and bumpers. The varnish, contrary to some comments I read, is quite good.
At a temperature of about 20 degrees, it dried in 10 minutes.
    I applied 3 coats.
The nozzle sprays in an I shape, which provides good coverage.
To avoid dripping and splattering while spraying, press the nozzle all the way down, not just halfway.
I painted them about 20 days ago and the result remains the same and very good. Of course, in no case is it 2K. It is a simple acrylic varnish, which if you scratch with your nail, will leave a mark.

I had my doubts from the negative comments but on the other hand I thought, whatever, it's just €7... At first I used it on a random piece of plastic to see how it behaves, if it dries, etc... Within 24 hours at a temperature of 28-30°C it was like cement. So I decided to paint the roof trims of the car. The varnish worked perfectly!!! I painted them outdoors, under the sun, and had no problem at all! Let me add here that at the end (as I do with everything I paint), I sanded the final result to remove the orange peel, used coarse and fine polish, and it became a mirror!
I can't understand what went wrong in all those negative comments... I, for one, am satisfied with the result!
P.S. Shake well for at least 3 minutes and I don't know if it has some kind of hardener inside (2k...) but compared to regular varnish it dried faster and seemed more scratch-resistant!

I bought it a year ago from a car paint shop to paint the plastic mirror cover. After I painted it, it looked very nice until a month later when I needed to put a car cover on. When I went to take it off, it had stuck on the supposedly dry varnish. I went back to the shop and the person who specializes in such work rubbed it off and reapplied it. A few days ago, and after a year has passed, I needed to put the cover back on and was shocked to find that it had stuck again. The photos are from the recent incident. Far, far away, it is not possible for a year to pass and not harden. Obviously, it does not withstand high temperatures. Made in Greece but not suitable for northern countries. No, no, no

To make this specific product work, because it does take a while to dry, you need a hot air gun. Personally, I did the car headlights but in the end I used a heat gun and they have been holding up for 14 months now

The C496 2K is definitely one of the cheapest on the market and relatively easy to use. However, it is completely unsuitable for plastic or metal motorcycle or car parts. In reality, it never dries. Even weeks after application, you can still scratch it with your nail, zero hardness. If even a drop of gasoline or diesel falls on it, it immediately becomes dull. Stay away from this varnish.

It does not dry on aluminum, no matter the primer or paint you use, even if you put it in the oven for drying. It's not worth it again.

It never dries, ever. I ruined a hood that got stuck on the varnish.

Very good, I wonder why you are cursing it

  • The worst. Even though I knew that this company would let me down, I decided to give its products one more chance. IT DID NOT DRY at all.

  • Guys, it's terrible, don't even think about it.

  • While I am a fan of the HB brand, this is not 2K but 1K. They are lying and it is a shame. If you google it, both abroad and here, the product is disreputable

  • So guys, listen up.

  • It doesn't spray very well. It makes cuts and changes in the fan. I shook it very well as it said but still. I was not satisfied
