First impressions only as we have had the refrigerator for less than a week. It is almost completely silent, you can only hear a low humming if you are right next to it, without any vibrations. It seems to make good use of its volume in terms of space. Internally, it is deeper than I expected compared to its small external depth of 65cm. The glass shelves in the preservation section do not have alternative positions to adjust the height, although it has been proven that their current position is quite practical. The same applies to the preservation door. It has a shelf with a large height for bottles and other tall objects, and the rest have a smaller height, the same among them. There are separate egg holders, 3 with spaces for 4 eggs each. This allows you to place the eggs at any point on the door. The lighting at the door opening gradually turns on and is powerful. The freezing section consists of 3 deep drawers with very good capacity, although it does not have a light. The touch control panel is user-friendly with excellent sensitivity and aesthetics. The factory setting is at 4 degrees for preservation and -18 for freezing. As stated in the manual, it took one night to cool down properly from the beginning of operation. Specific positions are also recommended for each type of food, both in preservation and freezing, as there are zones with different temperatures. At least one reading of the manual is necessary for understanding the control panel and for various tips it contains. So far, we are very satisfied with its operation, despite the fact that the first few days were during a heatwave. One thing that slightly concerns me and I want to monitor is that if I open the freezing section to fill, for example, a drawer, it goes into intensive mode (the super indicator lights up on the control panel) and this lasts for several hours. According to the manual, this happens when the door remains open for a long time, so perhaps the high temperatures of these days are to blame. In any case, you can manually deactivate the intensive mode once it starts. There is also an alarm in case the door remains open for more than a certain period of time, which can also be completely deactivated. Overall, the first impressions are very positive, hopefully it will prove to be reliable over time. 4/5 stars because it is still early.
Update: As the freezing section frequently went into intensive mode (super) with the factory settings, I called a technician to take a look. It turns out that the settings recommended by the manufacturer do not apply to Greek temperatures, so the technician adjusted it to work at a lower temperature. This was done within the warranty and did not cost me anything. The customer service of Siemens was excellent over the phone, and the employees were knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the purchase and the after-sales service.
Πρώτες εντυπώσεις μόνο καθώς το ψυγείο το έχουμε λιγότερο απο μια εβδομάδα. Ειναι σχεδόν απόλυτα αθόρυβο, ακούγεται μόνο ένα χαμηλό γουργουρητό αν είσαι ακριβώς δίπλα του, χωρίς κραδασμούς. Από χώρους φαίνεται να εκμεταλλεύεται καλά τον όγκο του. Εσωτερικά είναι πιο βαθύ απ' ό,τι περίμενα σε σχέση με το μικρό εξωτερικό βάθος των 65cm. Τα γυάλινα ράφια της συντήρησης δεν έχουν εναλλακτικές θέσεις για να προσαρμόσεις το ύψος, αν και αποδείχτηκε οτι η θέση τους ως έχει είναι αρκετά πρακτική. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για την πόρτα της συντήρησης. Εχει ένα ράφι με μεγάλο ύψος για μπουκάλια και άλλα ψηλά αντικείμενα και τα υπόλοιπα έχουν μικρότερο ύψος, ίδιο μεταξύ τους. Υπάρχουν ξεχωριστές αυγοθήκες , 3 με θέσεις για 4 αυγά η κάθε μια. Αυτό επιτρέπει να τοποθετήσεις τα αυγά σε οποιοδήποτε σημείο της πόρτας. Ο φωτισμός στο άνοιγμα της πόρτας ανάβει σταδιακά και είναι δυνατός. Η κατάψυξη αποτελείται απο 3 βαθιά συρτάρια με πολύ καλή χωρητικότητα, δεν έχει φως όμως. Το control panel αφής είναι εύχρηστο με εξαιρετική αίσθηση και αισθητική. Η εργοστασιακή ρύθμιση είναι στους 4 βαθμούς για τη συντηρηση και -18 για την κατάψυξη. Οπως γράφει και στο εγχειρίδιο, χρειάστηκε ένα βράδυ για να κρυώσει καλά απο την αρχή της λειτουργίας. Επίσης προτείνονται συγκεκριμένες θέσεις για καθε είδος τροφίμου, καθώς και στη συντήρηση αλλά και στην κατάψυξη υπάρχουν ζώνες με διαφορετικές θερμοκρασίες. Μια (τουλάχιστον) ανάγνωση στο εγχειρίδιο είναι απαραίτητη και για την κατανόηση του control panel αλλά και για διάφερες συμβουλές που περιέχει. Απο την λειτουργία του ως τώρα είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, παρά το γεγονος οτι οι πρώτες μέρες ήταν σε εβδομάδα καύσωνα. Κάτι που λίγο με προβλημάτισε και θέλω να παρακολουθήσω είναι οτι αν ανοίξω την κατάψυξη για να γεμισω πχ ένα συρτάρι, στο κλείσι μο μπαίνει σε εντατική λειτουργία (στο control panel ανάβει η ένδειξη super) και αυτό κρατάει αρκετές ώρες. Σύμφωνα με το manual αυτό συμβαίνει οταν η πόρτ μείνει ανοιχτή αρκετή ώρα, οποτε ίσως φταίει η υψηλή θερμοκρασία αυτών των ημερών. Σε κάθε περίπτωση μπορείς χειροκίνητα να απενεργοποιήσεις την εντατική λειτουργία αφού ξεκινήσει. Επίσης υπάρχει και συναγερμός για την περίπτωση που η πόρτα μείνει ανοιχτή για πάνω απο ένα χρονικό διάστημα, τον οποίο επίσης μπορείς να απενεργοποιήσεις τελείως. Γενικά οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις είναι πολύ θετικές, μακάρι να αποδειχθεί αξιόπιστο και σε βάθος χρόνου. 4/5 αστέρια γιατί είναι νωρίς ακόμα.
Ενημερώση: Καθώς έμπαινε συχνά σε εντατική λειτουργία (super) η κατάψυξη με τις εργοστασιακές ρυθμίσεις, κάλεσα τεχνικό για να το δει. Απλά οι ρυθμίσεις που προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής δεν αφορούν ελληνικές θερμοκρασίες, οπότε ο τεχνικός το ρύθμισε να δουλεύει πιο χαμηλά. Αυτό έγινε εντός εγγύησης και δεν μου κόστισε τίποτα. Η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση της siemens ήταν εξαιρετική και οι υπάλληλοι ενημερωμένοι. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη αγορά μετά και από αυτό.
