Plasti Dip is a liquid rubber in spray form and has many uses. It seals, insulates, colors, and protects your car and motorcycle. It is anti-slip, surface-strengthening, insulating for cables and pipes. It protects against corrosion and provides dielectric coating.
Application Tips:
- Attention: Do not spray directly onto the surface! Use black Plasti Dip as a base (6 good coats) for the best result.
- When the temperature is low, Plasti Dip may not spray evenly. It's advisable to warm the spray in hot water for 5-10 minutes or heat it on a radiator.
- Before painting, avoid using polishes or waxes, as they may affect the application.
- Allow at least one year after the last factory paint before applying Plasti Dip.
- For straight lines, remove the tape while the Plasti Dip is still wet.
- Hold the spray vertically and keep a distance of 10-15 cm from the surface during application.
- Thoroughly clean the surface before painting, avoiding moisture.
- Do not wash your car or motorcycle for at least 10 days after application.
- Use plain soap for washing, avoiding active foams.
- Contact with gasoline can fade the Plasti Dip, so it's good to inform gas station staff.
