An attractive light pink from the Italian variety Sangiovese. Aromas of quince paste, lychee, and orange peel dominate the nose. The aromatic character of the nose follows through to the palate, which is oily with balanced acidity. It has a refreshing finish. Pairs well with stuffed vegetables, pasta with minced meat, sautéed mushrooms, and yellow cheeses.
