Generally, the mobile is all good, fast and good value for money. BUT, in my case, the call speaker broke in 2 years. It works sometimes and then stops working again, I haven't fixed it yet. With a search on the internet, I discovered that other people have the same problem. That's why I give it 1 star.
Update: I had it repaired by a technician, the motherboard didn't make good contact with the sound card. So, the problem with the speaker for those who have the same issue is hardware-related

Although this specific mobile phone promised a lot, I would say that it disappointed tremendously. The phone freezes a lot even after light usage. It does have the features it claims to have, but nevertheless, it is very disappointing in most aspects. Its cameras are very mediocre. In the core area, it has several malfunctions and does not function as correctly or as quickly as it should. The only thing for certain is that it is not worth its money.

Very satisfactory device and durable I would say. One small flaw is that when recording a video, the sound is not as loud as it should be when you press play to watch it, and the same issue exists in calls during speakerphone mode

After an upgrade a few days ago, the company's video analysis on the wide-angle lens broke. And generally, there are some issues in all areas that never get fixed!
Next, we have a problem with the phone network connection, which is lost and returns whenever it wants... unless you notice it early and put it in flight mode and restore it.

I have it for 7 to 8 months. It is a decent phone for its price. What bothers me is that the screen is not visible under the sun. At first, everything was fine, but on the 5th month, the battery went from lasting 4 days to only half a day. Additionally, when I don't use it (e.g. when I sleep), the battery drops by 7% without any open apps or functions. My previous phone (Xiaomi Redmi 4X), which I used for 5 years with heavy usage, did not have such problems.

I have had the mobile phone for 10 months and the truth is that it is worth its money (I bought it for €220), but in the last few months it has been experiencing some glitches, it closes and opens applications on its own. Its photos are quite good and overall it is very fast with good battery life. In my opinion, it is one of the best mobile phones for its price and it is definitely worth it

Generally, having it for about 7 months, I can say that I am quite satisfied with my purchase, with the only complaint being the low speaker volume. And when I put a call on speakerphone, as well as when I use headphones, I encounter an issue. Also, every time I receive a notification while listening to music, the music stops even if I have the device on silent. Apart from these negatives, however, I consider it to be quite powerful and worth its money.

I have been tumbling for 7 months, countless somersaults, and one day I don't understand how many degrees of hot sun it had eaten... Everything is perfect, the battery doesn't die easily, it needs 3 days of continuous use to run out. Generally, I never run out of battery, it's worth the money

It's worth it up to the last cent.. incredible camera, long battery life, great speaker and microphone, fast browsing, I don't know what else one could ask for... easily competes with much more expensive phones!
5 out of 5 stars easily!

Quite a good mobile for its price. It has a flaw in the position of the microphone and speaker (probably) and when you put it on speakerphone or when it will interrupt the sound to the point where what you say is incomprehensible or you will sound like you're talking from a well.

Awesome phone for its price! The only issue that concerns me is the gestures... Sometimes it doesn't understand that I want to go back (swipe left-right) or when I want to minimize the apps.... It just needs a little practice until you learn it... Also, I noticed (so far in the messenger) that when you're typing a message, sometimes it throws you off, either from the app or from the keyboard (probably an issue with the gestures) because when I disable them, it works fine... All these improved by 80% with the new MIUI12 update that recently arrived in Greece for the Redmi Note 9 Pro...
Decent camera, great video, night shots are so-so but in the end? It's a 200 euro phone, we can't have it all... I personally didn't like the speaker, it's only on the bottom side and sounds very monotonous... User here for about 3 months!

As a former owner of the Mi Max2 (2017-2020), I can't say that the phone (64gb, white) impressed me... Okay, what more could I ask for with 209€! Sure, it has a better camera, finally I can handle it with one hand, but that's about it.. The battery doesn't compare to the Max2, something I didn't expect.. The screen might be slightly better, but the sound remains the same. And a question: Why don't all the photos from the Gallery appear in Viber? I hope, at least, it lasts 2-3 years like the Max2...
Tuesday 4/5/21... I'm coming back hoping you find my observations useful... Well, the phone works perfectly!
No crashes, no problems with the screen, satisfactory speaker, very fast...
What impressed me - as well as my wife and daughter - is the quality of the photos! It took some time to realize how beautiful the photos are!
However, it's true what a friend mentioned, even if you lower the volume to the minimum, the sound is still audible!!! This is the first time I encounter this!
If any friend knows how to fix it - or someone from Xiaomi - please let us know how and if it's possible...
The battery is quite satisfactory, but nothing compared to the Mi Max2... I don't know why... Maybe because of the number of background apps running? Maybe!
Sorry if I bored you!!!
19/8/21.... UPDATED....
I'm coming back for a new update... I purchased the phone in October 2020... Until the latest MIUI update, I was very satisfied.. But as other friends have noticed, during idle time and even during a call, it restarts!!! Come on!!! Doesn't Xiaomi listen to their customers' complaints???
Also, the microphone mute suddenly activates... and you're talking to thin air!!!
The good impression, however, remains... We're talking about a 209€ phone...
27/8/21.... The issue that appeared after the latest update, of shutting down and restarting, annoys me incredibly! Also, a major problem with the proximity sensor... Finally, FIX IT!
Friday 31/3/23... The phone still works perfectly! Finally, those annoying restarts have stopped!!! What was that... It would restart while you're talking, during idle time!! And not just once in a while! Very frequently!!! A big flaw from Xiaomi!!! We've reached the point of being happy about... the obvious!! It really disappointed me!!! I don't know if I'll buy again...
19/8/21.... UPDATED....
Επανέρχομαι για μια νέα ενημέρωση... Η αγορά του κινητού έγινε Οκτώβρη του 2020... Μέχρι και την τελευταία ενημέρωση του MIUI ήμουν πολύ ευχαριστημένος.. Αλλά όπως έχουν παρατηρήσει και άλλοι φίλοι, στα καλά καθούμενα και κατά τη διάρκεια μιας κλήσης, κάνει restart!!! Έλεος!!! Εκεί στην Xiaomi δεν ακούν τα παράπονα των πελατών τους;;;

update(22/12/2020): After almost 5 months, it has some minor issues which are probably due to the software. For example, the fingerprint sometimes doesn't work for no reason (it doesn't give me an error, it just doesn't work at all). Also, there have been several times when it took me to other apps on its own... However, these are problems that I have to accept considering the price and features it has. I hope that these will be fixed in a future OS update

The phone is amazing, I got the same one with 128gb.
I wanted a big battery because I make a lot of calls, and it has an incredible duration. The screen is also very big and fast, it's perfect for me. The photos are very good and the video works well, although it's rare. The resolution is also great. What can I say, it's amazing.

There is no way I will look at another brand again.... I have tried many companies, but like Xiaomi........ It has everything, it does everything, in huge doses. The Chinese provide technology to the people. It's amazing in every aspect. Super fast, super beautiful, and very well-made construction!! No, I didn't buy it cheap, I got it in installments... but I have absolutely no problem with the wi-fi. Maybe because of the specifications??? Big screen, bright, Android 10, 6GB memory, amazing camera.... etc etc etc. It does everything and it's cost-effective!! It doesn't lack anything at all and it's a good price for those who have cash,???

I have the mobile here for a few weeks, former owner of the Note 8 Pro. It is very good for its price.
Good camera, speed, photos, and resolution.
However, it gives me a camera error several times with a message that a connection error occurred and the camera needs to be restarted. By closing and reopening the camera, it usually works immediately, otherwise it needs to be restarted again. Plus, another error from Messenger that displays a message that the application overlaps with other applications and does not save the setting I make to remove this message.

I got the mobile a few days ago, and so far I have very positive impressions.
First of all, it is very fast thanks to the Snapdragon 720G processor, and all the applications open almost instantly!
Its battery lasts two days with moderate use, and when it's time to charge, thanks to the fast charging feature it has, it goes from 10% to 100% in about an hour (reaching 50 to 60% in the first half hour).
The screen is also impressive, as I come from a 2017 Huawei device that was only 5.5 inches and didn't have the same color performance.
The cameras are amazing, I didn't expect them to be so good. It can shoot videos up to 4K 30fps, but in my opinion, the best is that it can shoot 1080p 60fps. The 60fps is super smooth and the quality is also perfect. I can say that the 64MP mode is a bit useless because it doesn't have significant differences compared to the regular photos it takes (they are not easily noticeable), and the size of the 64MP photos is 30MB each, so I don't think I will use this mode much. The selfie camera is also of very good resolution, I have no complaints.
Finally, I want to mention something that I saw in the comments here and on the internet in general, regarding the WiFi and the problems some devices have. I haven't had any problems, it doesn't disconnect when I close it and leave it for a while, it continues to work normally (notifications come through) and when I open it again, it functions normally. I haven't noticed any issues. Xiaomi probably fixed it in a new batch of the model, but from what I saw on the internet, they released updates for devices that had the problem and fixed it. It's not a hardware problem in any device, so since it can be fixed with updates, I don't consider it something that should discourage you from getting this device. And it's possible that you won't have this problem at all, as I didn't have any issues with WiFi from the beginning when I opened it.
That's all I have to say about the Redmi Note 9 Pro. In short, I recommend it because it provides many things that devices from other companies offer at much higher prices. Its only competition is other Xiaomi devices in this price range, so basically there is no competition as it is the same company...

I had the Note 8 Pro and now the 9 Pro. After 15 days, I am writing my impressions:
Positives:
- Excellent build quality for its category with gorilla glass 5 front/back
- Display, very good for its technology, even compared to AMOLED it does not lack in colors and brightness
- Processor, quite fast, no issues in daily tasks and games
- Battery, high capacity that lasts 1.5-2 days (depending on usage)
- Speaker with strong and high-quality sound
- Photos, top-notch for its category during the day and improved at night where the 8 Pro was lacking
- Fingerprint sensor, works flawlessly and is more convenient on the side, I think
Negatives:
- Some minimal bugs with MIUI
For its category, it is top-notch. To get something better from another brand, you have to pay twice as much.

The Mobile really flies. Buy it blindly. After years of using Samsung mobiles, everything is useless. Only the S series counts. Nothing reaches its category with a value of 240 euros

Problem with the wi-fi. The wi-fi disconnects when the screen turns off. For example, if you leave it on the nightstand overnight, in the morning when you pick it up, you have to turn the wi-fi on and off, and then all the messages, calls, and notifications will come in together without receiving any notifications in between because the phone disconnects and doesn't have internet.
Every time you unlock the phone, you have to go through the same process. In other words, the basic function of the phone doesn't work. If someone sends you a message on Viber or Facebook, you will only see it when you turn the wi-fi on and off. I could only describe it as TRAGIC.
If someone is thinking of buying it, they better think again. STAY AWAY!!!

I bought it three days ago, it is a high-quality and fast sphere, I don't know how much faster the other higher-class mobiles are easily one and a half day with full use I had a Sony Xperia good excellent photos but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has no rival, impeccable photos, what surprised me in Xiaomi is the very good quality. I recommend it to someone who wants a good quality mobile phone without spending a fortune. Get it with closed eyes, it is perfect and you will not regret it, it just doesn't have stereo speakers because music, everything else is impeccable. I have the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro 64GB RAM 6GB, white color. Kids, perfect

19/8/21.... UPDATED....
Επανέρχομαι για μια νέα ενημέρωση... Η αγορά του κινητού έγινε Οκτώβρη του 2020... Μέχρι και την τελευταία ενημέρωση του MIUI ήμουν πολύ ευχαριστημένος.. Αλλά όπως έχουν παρατηρήσει και άλλοι φίλοι, στα καλά καθούμενα και κατά τη διάρκεια μιας κλήσης, κάνει restart!!! Έλεος!!! Εκεί στην Xiaomi δεν ακούν τα παράπονα των πελατών τους;;;

update(22/12/2020): After almost 5 months, it has some minor issues which are probably due to the software.

Excellent model, economical, value for money!
It is worth buying, especially for those for whom photography and video are an important part of their work and life.
