The new WeckMethod BOSU® Elite has been developed based on 14 years of experience, thousands of hours of training, and hundreds of athletes. The goal is to create the ideal training stimulus to improve fundamental athletic movements on the ground, such as Squatting, Running, Jumping, and Agility.

The original BOSU® Ball incorporates a much tighter dome designed to charge the body to intensify core exercises, the defined training zones (Power Line, Power Zone) for better alignment and force transfer, to make the most of your workouts.

  • A stronger athletic position
  • Improves hip and pelvis position
  • Strengthens the body to lift heavier loads
