The device is not practical at all! The buttons are too close together, resulting in accidentally pressing the volume and stopping/starting. It has three levels (the volume seemed the same to me in all of them), it doesn't leave any stains. For better results, use it on slightly damp skin.

As for the product, it is very good at removing dirt and dead cells, but I think it is more suitable for occasional use. It is somewhat strong, meaning that if you have it on a high setting, it may darken your skin. Therefore, I believe that afterwards, it may require a soothing cream perhaps. Unfortunately, the head with the small iron for difficult areas did not help enough, on the contrary, I had to persist and as a result, that area became very red. In my opinion, I would say that it works fine for dirt, but not so much for black spots

It does not remove blackheads but it generally cleanses the face. However, there is a risk of developing slight injuries like ink spots on your face, but it disappeared for me in one day.

Quite good, definitely worth the money. It cleaned my face from the first use, just in one spot where I left it a little longer because it got stuck and I didn't pull it straight away, it caused a small bruise, so be careful and don't leave it in the same spot because it is quite powerful

Unfortunately, it didn't do a great job. It barely left any marks and gave a sense of cleanliness. The downside is that it doesn't have instructions for the functions and you have to search on the Internet to see which head does what and how to use it without causing damage.
