From the vineyards Stavros and Konti Karydia, at an altitude of 640m, where the southern orientation, northern winds, and the red sandy clay soil compose the unique terroir of Amyntaio. It is characterized by a bright ruby color, with garnet highlights, notes of tomato and wild strawberry.

Complex bouquet with dried plums, cherry with a spicy aftertaste, and vanilla aroma. Soft tannins and long finish. Aged in new French barrels for 26 months, followed by additional aging for 6 months in the bottle. Ideal for aging. Decanting is recommended.

Pairs excellently with grilled meats, game, and fatty cheeses.
