He tells me that he will send me the correct product in 3 working days to check if it is indeed the wrong case and for a new delivery to be made, so that the carrier can bring me the cash on delivery that I had paid. It was already Tuesday and no one had contacted me. I called and they didn't answer on Wednesday, so on Thursday I asked for a full refund and to return the product. Indeed, the carrier came two days later and gave me the money I had paid and I returned the case as I received it. It should be noted that there was a comment that we are talking about a case of low value and that there was no issue in sending me another one of higher value. However, it has nothing to do with the monetary value, but with the deception. Unprofessional treatment and lack of information regarding their own products on their site. I do not recommend it as an online store under any circumstances.
Εφαρμόζει καλά στο πίσω μέρος του κινητού, υπάρχει πρόσβαση στα κουμπιά,αλλα το μπροστά που είναι σαν τζαμακι πιάνει η αφή όποτε θέλει . Επίσης είμαι τέρμα δυσαρεστημένη από το κατάστημα που τη παρήγγειλα Gadget Time ,γιατί ενώ είχα πληρώσει την παραγγελία και τα μεταφορικά, παρέλαβε συγγενης το προϊόν και τον βάλανε να ξαναπληρώσει γιατί είχαν σημειώσει στο δέμα "αντικαταβολη". Ανοίγω τη θήκη και εκτός του ότι δεν ήταν καν σφραγισμένη, μου είχαν στείλει θήκη για το Redmi note 9 ,ενώ ξεκάθαρα λέει στο site πως το προϊόν που παρουσιάζουν πρόκειται για θήκη 9s/pro. Επικοινωνώ με τη ταχυδρομική εταιρία και με το κατάστημα και ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε μου είπε πως πρώτη φορά ακούει ο,τι η θήκη για το 9 δεν κάνει για το 9s, κοινώς μιλάμε πως υπήρχε και ελλειπής ενημέρωση στο προσωπικό. Μου λέει πως θα μου στείλει σε 3 εργάσιμες το προϊόν το σωστό για να τσεκαρει πως πρόκειται όντως για λάθος θήκη και για να έρθει καινούρια παραλαβη, ώστε να μου φέρει ο μεταφορέας και την αντικαταβολή στο χέρι που είχα πληρώσει. Είχε φτασει Τρίτη και δεν είχε επικοινωνήσει κάνεις μαζί μου. Πήρα τηλέφωνα δε μου το σήκωσαν την Τετάρτη, οπότε Πέμπτη ζήτησα ολική επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου και να δώσω το προϊόν πίσω. Οντως ήρθε μεταφορεας δύο μέρες μετά και μου έδωσε στο χέρι τα λεφτά που είχα πληρώσει και έδωσα πίσω τη θήκη όπως την παρελαβα . Να σημειωθεί πως είχε γίνει σχόλιο πως μιλάμε για θήκη μικρου ποσού και ο,τι δεν είχε θέμα να μου στείλει και κάποια άλλη μεγαλύτερης αξίας . Μόνο που δεν έχει να κάνει με τη χρηματική αξία, αλλά με την κοροϊδία. Αντιεπαγγελματικη αντιμετώπιση και έλλειψη πληροφόρησης ως προς τα προϊόντα του ιδιου τους του site. Σε καμία περίπτωση δε το συνιστώ ως ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα .
