I had another Tefal model and I had only good things to say about it... but this model must have come out defective... I've had it for 3 years and I've taken it to the repairman 3 times and the problem hasn't been solved... the warranty has now expired... the problem is that if you turn off the iron and then want to iron again, it doesn't produce steam with pressure... it produces very little steam... for it to work properly, many hours have to pass... it's a shame for the money I spent... and I had bought it for 260 back then...
είχα άλλο μοντέλο tefal κ είχα να λέω τα καλύτερα....αυτό το μοντέλο όμως πρέπει να τους βγήκε ελαττωματικό... έχει 3 χρόνια που το πήρα κ το έχω πάει 3 φορές στον μάστορα κ το πρόβλημα δεν λύθηκε... έχει λήξει πλέον κ η εγγύηση... το πρόβλημα είναι ότι αν σβήσεις το σίδερο κ μετά θέλεις να ξανά σιδερωσεις δεν βγάζει ατμό με πίεση...βγάζει πολύ λίγο ατμό... για να δουλέψει κανονικά πρέπει να περάσουν πολλές ώρες.... κρίμα για τα λεφτά που έδωσα....κ το είχα πάρει 260 τότε...
Stay away from this model. I bought it about 6 years ago for around 260 euros, but the problems started very early, just after the warranty expired. Besides leaking water for no reason, it started shutting off very quickly. I cleaned the scale, shook it like a boat back and forth because supposedly, according to the instructions, it might not have been taking in water properly, but nothing worked. I took it to service, it was there for 2 months until a spare part arrived. I paid around 70 euros, and after 1.5 years, it started having the same problems again. Suddenly it shuts off. Surely, it’s the same system that has been replaced; I will take it back to service, but I don’t think I will repair it if the same problem exists. I will definitely switch to Philips.
I should add that I was never thrilled with its ironing performance, as I had to go over the creases of the clothes several times.
On the plus side, it is lightweight, not tiring to hold, has a very large water tank, and the ironing plate is very good; it hasn’t suffered any damage since then, not even a scratch.
Μακριά από αυτό το μοντέλο. Το αγόρασα περίπου πριν 6 χρόνια, γύρω στα 260ευρώ, αλλά τα προβλήματα αρχισαν πολύ νωρίς, αφού είχε λήξει η εγγύηση. Εκτός του ότι έτρεχε νερό αδικαιολόγητα, άρχισε πολύ γρήγορα να σβήνει . Καθάρισα άλατα, το κουνούσα σα βάρκα πέρα δώθε γιατί υποτίθεται, σύμφωνα με τισ οδηγίες, μπορεί να μην έπαιρνε σωστά το νερό αλλά τίποτα. Το πήγα στο service, 2 μήνες ήταν εκεί πέρα μέχρι να έρθει ανταλλακτικό. Πλήρωσα γύρω στα 70 ευρώ και μετά από 1,5 χρόνια πάλι άρχισε τα ίδια προβλήματα. Ξαφνικά σβήνει. Σίγουρα πάλι φταίει το ίδιο σύστημα που έχει αλλαχτεί, θα το πάω πάλι στο service αλλά δεν νομίζω να το επισκευάσω, αν υπάρχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Θα στροφώ στην philips ξεκάθαρα.
Να συμπληρώσω ότι ποτέ δεν ξετρελάθηκα με το σιδέρωμά του, αφού περνούσα αρκετές φορές τις τσακίσεις του ρούχου.
Στα υπέρ του είναι το βάρος του, καθόλου κουραστικό στο χέρι, πολύ μεγάλο δοχείο νερού και πολύ καλή η πλάκα σιδερώματος, δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα από τότε, ούτε μία γρατζουνιά.
Amazing in ironing but after a year of use and careful maintenance, it gave me a problem that will take a month to fix through Kotsovolos, where I made the purchase. You don't expect such an expensive iron to become faulty so quickly. And luckily it has a two-year warranty with free repairs (although they don't replace it with a new one to do your job) but when the warranty expires, the cost is at least 90€. It's a shame, such a reliable company and it doesn't leave you in a good light

Δεν περιμένεις ένα τόσο ακριβό σίδερο να βγει τόσο γρήγορα ελαττωματικό. Και ευτυχώς έχει τα δυο χρόνια εγγύησης με δωρεάν επιδιόρθωση (ωστόσο δε σου το αντικαθιστουν με ενα απλό να κάνεις τη δουλειά σου) αλλα οταν περάσει η εγγύηση το κόστος είναι τουλάχιστον 90€. Κρίμα, τόσο αξιόπιστη εταιρία και να μη σε βγάλει ασπροπρόσωπο

First time owner of an ironing system and I'm amazed.. It's day and night compared to regular ironing, so for anyone still considering it, get it without hesitation. Essentially, it irons with steam rather than pressing, so with a light pass it's done. The water heats up quite quickly, the water tank is large (I can iron a whole load of laundry and still have more than half the water left) and it's detachable. Pay attention to some features compared to other irons. You press the button and it releases steam directly, unlike some irons where the steam comes out a bit later after pressing, which becomes tiring. The iron's temperature is not automatic and it has different programs. I iron most things on the regular program, while some more difficult ones require the next level. With irons that automatically adjust the temperature, I have the impression that you can't change it and I don't think it's convenient. Anyway, the machine is great value for money, ironing takes 1/4 of the time compared to a conventional iron and the results are much better.
Πρώτη φορά κάτοχος συστήματος σιδερώματος και έχω πάθει πλάκα.. Η μέρα με τη νύχτα στο σιδέρωμα, οπότε για όποιον το σκέφτεται ακόμα, να το πάρει με κλειστά μάτια. Στην ουσία σιδερωνει με τον ατμό και όχι με το πάτημα, οπότε με ένα ελαφρύ πέρασμα και τέλος. Το νερό ζεσταίνεται αρκετά γρήγορα, ο κάδος του νερού είναι μεγάλος (σιδέρωνω ένα πλυντήριο και δεν τελειώνει ούτε το μισό νερό) και είναι και αποσπώμενος. Προσοχή σε κάποια χαρακτηριστικά σε σχέση με άλλα σίδερα. Πατάς το κουμπί και βγάζει απευθείας ατμό σε αντίθεση με κάποια σίδερα που ο ατμός βγαίνει λίγο αργότερα από το πάτημα που το καταντάει κουραστικό. Η θερμοκρασία του σίδερου δεν είναι αυτόματη και έχει προγράμματα. Τα περισσότερα τα σιδέρωνω στο απλό πρόγραμμα ενώ κάποια λίγο πιο ζορικα θέλουν την επόμενη σκάλα. Στα σίδερα που ρυθμίζουν αυτόματα τη θερμοκρασία έχω την εντύπωση ότι δεν έχει τη δυνατότητα να την αλλάξεις και δε νομίζω να είναι βολικό. Anyway πολύ value for money το μηχάνημα , σιδέρωμα στο 1/4 του χρόνου από ότι με συμβατικό και πολύ καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα.

Unbelievable iron!!! Lightweight, well-made, made in France, lots and lots of steam, easy filling with removable tank. Only in Tefal, the steam button releases steam as soon as you press it, and it stops immediately when you let go! I had a Stiroplus and it drove me crazy, you would release the button and then it would produce even more steam... the same technology is also found in Philips, a technician told me when I complained. I was saved with the GV 9560. For other models, I saw conflicting reviews, that's why only positive ones.
Απίστευτο σίδερο!!! ελαφρύ, καλής κατασκευής, made in france, πολύυυυς ατμός, εύκολο γέμισμα με αποσπώμενη δεξαμενή. Μόνο στην tefal το κουμπί ατμού εκτοξεύει ατμό όσο το πατάς, μόλις το αφήνεις σταματά αμέσως! Είχα stiroplus και μου έσπαγε τα νεύρα, άφηνες το κουμπί και τότε έβγαζε πιο πολύ ατμό...ίδια τεχνολογία έχουν και τα philips μου είπε μάστορας όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα. Σώθηκα με το GV 9560. Για άλλα μοντέλα είδα αντικρουόμενες κριτικές γι΄ αυτό μόνο θετικές.

I had another Tefal model and I had only good things to say about it... but this model must have come out defective... I've had it for 3 years and I've taken it to the repairman 3 times and the problem hasn't been solved... the warranty has now expired... the problem is that if you turn off the iron and then want to iron again, it doesn't produce steam with pressure... it produces very little steam... for it to work properly, many hours have to pass... it's a shame for the money I spent... and I had bought it for 260 back then...
είχα άλλο μοντέλο tefal κ είχα να λέω τα καλύτερα....αυτό το μοντέλο όμως πρέπει να τους βγήκε ελαττωματικό... έχει 3 χρόνια που το πήρα κ το έχω πάει 3 φορές στον μάστορα κ το πρόβλημα δεν λύθηκε... έχει λήξει πλέον κ η εγγύηση... το πρόβλημα είναι ότι αν σβήσεις το σίδερο κ μετά θέλεις να ξανά σιδερωσεις δεν βγάζει ατμό με πίεση...βγάζει πολύ λίγο ατμό... για να δουλέψει κανονικά πρέπει να περάσουν πολλές ώρες.... κρίμα για τα λεφτά που έδωσα....κ το είχα πάρει 260 τότε...
Stay away from this model. I bought it about 6 years ago for around 260 euros, but the problems started very early, just after the warranty expired. Besides leaking water for no reason, it started shutting off very quickly. I cleaned the scale, shook it like a boat back and forth because supposedly, according to the instructions, it might not have been taking in water properly, but nothing worked. I took it to service, it was there for 2 months until a spare part arrived. I paid around 70 euros, and after 1.5 years, it started having the same problems again. Suddenly it shuts off. Surely, it’s the same system that has been replaced; I will take it back to service, but I don’t think I will repair it if the same problem exists. I will definitely switch to Philips.
I should add that I was never thrilled with its ironing performance, as I had to go over the creases of the clothes several times.
On the plus side, it is lightweight, not tiring to hold, has a very large water tank, and the ironing plate is very good; it hasn’t suffered any damage since then, not even a scratch.
Μακριά από αυτό το μοντέλο. Το αγόρασα περίπου πριν 6 χρόνια, γύρω στα 260ευρώ, αλλά τα προβλήματα αρχισαν πολύ νωρίς, αφού είχε λήξει η εγγύηση. Εκτός του ότι έτρεχε νερό αδικαιολόγητα, άρχισε πολύ γρήγορα να σβήνει . Καθάρισα άλατα, το κουνούσα σα βάρκα πέρα δώθε γιατί υποτίθεται, σύμφωνα με τισ οδηγίες, μπορεί να μην έπαιρνε σωστά το νερό αλλά τίποτα. Το πήγα στο service, 2 μήνες ήταν εκεί πέρα μέχρι να έρθει ανταλλακτικό. Πλήρωσα γύρω στα 70 ευρώ και μετά από 1,5 χρόνια πάλι άρχισε τα ίδια προβλήματα. Ξαφνικά σβήνει. Σίγουρα πάλι φταίει το ίδιο σύστημα που έχει αλλαχτεί, θα το πάω πάλι στο service αλλά δεν νομίζω να το επισκευάσω, αν υπάρχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Θα στροφώ στην philips ξεκάθαρα.
Να συμπληρώσω ότι ποτέ δεν ξετρελάθηκα με το σιδέρωμά του, αφού περνούσα αρκετές φορές τις τσακίσεις του ρούχου.
Στα υπέρ του είναι το βάρος του, καθόλου κουραστικό στο χέρι, πολύ μεγάλο δοχείο νερού και πολύ καλή η πλάκα σιδερώματος, δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα από τότε, ούτε μία γρατζουνιά.
Amazing in ironing but after a year of use and careful maintenance, it gave me a problem that will take a month to fix through Kotsovolos, where I made the purchase. You don't expect such an expensive iron to become faulty so quickly. And luckily it has a two-year warranty with free repairs (although they don't replace it with a new one to do your job) but when the warranty expires, the cost is at least 90€. It's a shame, such a reliable company and it doesn't leave you in a good light
Καταπληκτικό στο σιδέρωμα αλλα μετά από ένα χρόνο χρησης και σχολαστικης φροντίδας μου έβγαλε πρόβλημα το οποίο θα χρειαστεί ένα μήνα να επιδιορθωθεί μέσω του καταστήματος από όπου έγινε η αγορά. Δεν περιμένεις ένα τόσο ακριβό σίδερο να βγει τόσο γρήγορα ελαττωματικό. Και ευτυχώς έχει τα δυο χρόνια εγγύησης με δωρεάν επιδιόρθωση (ωστόσο δε σου το αντικαθιστουν με ενα απλό να κάνεις τη δουλειά σου) αλλα οταν περάσει η εγγύηση το κόστος είναι τουλάχιστον 90€. Κρίμα, τόσο αξιόπιστη εταιρία και να μη σε βγάλει ασπροπρόσωπο

Αντικατέστησε παλαιότερο σίδερο της ίδιας εταιρείας το οποίο άντεξε 12 χρόνια σε χρήση 4μελούς οικογένειας με μικρά παιδιά.
Το καινούργιο είναι ακόμη καλύτερο, λίγο πιο ελαφρύ στο χέρι και βγάνει περισσότερο ατμό.
Αν αντέξει όσο το παλιό , θα είναι κι αυτό άριστη επιλογή.

First time owner of an ironing system and I'm amazed.. It's day and night compared to regular ironing, so for anyone still considering it, get it without hesitation. Essentially, it irons with steam rather than pressing, so with a light pass it's done. The water heats up quite quickly, the water tank is large (I can iron a whole load of laundry and still have more than half the water left) and it's detachable. Pay attention to some features compared to other irons. You press the button and it releases steam directly, unlike some irons where the steam comes out a bit later after pressing, which becomes tiring. The iron's temperature is not automatic and it has different programs. I iron most things on the regular program, while some more difficult ones require the next level. With irons that automatically adjust the temperature, I have the impression that you can't change it and I don't think it's convenient. Anyway, the machine is great value for money, ironing takes 1/4 of the time compared to a conventional iron and the results are much better.
Πρώτη φορά κάτοχος συστήματος σιδερώματος και έχω πάθει πλάκα.. Η μέρα με τη νύχτα στο σιδέρωμα, οπότε για όποιον το σκέφτεται ακόμα, να το πάρει με κλειστά μάτια. Στην ουσία σιδερωνει με τον ατμό και όχι με το πάτημα, οπότε με ένα ελαφρύ πέρασμα και τέλος. Το νερό ζεσταίνεται αρκετά γρήγορα, ο κάδος του νερού είναι μεγάλος (σιδέρωνω ένα πλυντήριο και δεν τελειώνει ούτε το μισό νερό) και είναι και αποσπώμενος. Προσοχή σε κάποια χαρακτηριστικά σε σχέση με άλλα σίδερα. Πατάς το κουμπί και βγάζει απευθείας ατμό σε αντίθεση με κάποια σίδερα που ο ατμός βγαίνει λίγο αργότερα από το πάτημα που το καταντάει κουραστικό. Η θερμοκρασία του σίδερου δεν είναι αυτόματη και έχει προγράμματα. Τα περισσότερα τα σιδέρωνω στο απλό πρόγραμμα ενώ κάποια λίγο πιο ζορικα θέλουν την επόμενη σκάλα. Στα σίδερα που ρυθμίζουν αυτόματα τη θερμοκρασία έχω την εντύπωση ότι δεν έχει τη δυνατότητα να την αλλάξεις και δε νομίζω να είναι βολικό. Anyway πολύ value for money το μηχάνημα , σιδέρωμα στο 1/4 του χρόνου από ότι με συμβατικό και πολύ καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα.

Unbelievable iron!!! Lightweight, well-made, made in France, lots and lots of steam, easy filling with removable tank. Only in Tefal, the steam button releases steam as soon as you press it, and it stops immediately when you let go! I had a Stiroplus and it drove me crazy, you would release the button and then it would produce even more steam... the same technology is also found in Philips, a technician told me when I complained. I was saved with the GV 9560. For other models, I saw conflicting reviews, that's why only positive ones.
Απίστευτο σίδερο!!! ελαφρύ, καλής κατασκευής, made in france, πολύυυυς ατμός, εύκολο γέμισμα με αποσπώμενη δεξαμενή. Μόνο στην tefal το κουμπί ατμού εκτοξεύει ατμό όσο το πατάς, μόλις το αφήνεις σταματά αμέσως! Είχα stiroplus και μου έσπαγε τα νεύρα, άφηνες το κουμπί και τότε έβγαζε πιο πολύ ατμό...ίδια τεχνολογία έχουν και τα philips μου είπε μάστορας όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα. Σώθηκα με το GV 9560. Για άλλα μοντέλα είδα αντικρουόμενες κριτικές γι΄ αυτό μόνο θετικές.
