Application:

• Used as a primer for preparing metal surfaces (iron, zinc, galvanized iron, aluminum, lead, brass, copper, etc.), plastics, rigid PVC, polyester, fiberglass polyester, methacrylate, melamine, polyurethane, ceramics, tiles, mosaic, glass, etc.
• Primes and isolates pores and knots in wood and prepared timber.
• Excellent substrate for porous masonry such as: plaster, cement, drywall, concrete, etc.
• Ideal substrate for preparing any type of substrate for painting.
• Can also be used as a final finishing layer.

Advantages:

• Excellent adhesion to almost any substrate
• Contains rust inhibitor (DIN 53.167: no rust formation on metal surfaces after 150 hours of exposure to aggressive saline solution)
• Heat resistance: 100°C. Does not yellow
• Can be coated with any water-based or solvent-based paint (synthetic enamels, polyurethane, epoxies, etc.), except nitrocellulose products
• Mix to homogenize the content before use. Preferably apply two coats (50-80 microns dry film) of CHAMELEON.
• Coverage: Brush or roller: 10-12 m2/L. Spray gun: 6-8 m2/L. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
• Dry to the touch: 30 minutes, depending on application conditions • Recoat: water-based paints after 4-6 hours, synthetic enamel after 24 hours
• Polyurethane and Epoxies after 48 hours
• Does not contain hazardous components, free of lead and chromates. Non-flammable
