I have it for almost a whole year. After about 4 months of almost daily use for 1 hour for balance exercises, strengthening, etc., the mat lost its small (because it never stayed still on the floor) resistance to the floor and now it slides as if there is butter underneath. The quality is quite poor, within 2 months small holes started to open in the mat from moderate use, with all the plank exercises I do, the marks from my elbows have been engraved on it (which is really hindering when I change exercises) and the mat in general ended up being like a spring (because when I slightly press my feet at the end of the mat when I do a reverse plank, it becomes a spring). The only good thing it has is its dimensions, the fact that it is soft, and that it has a carrying strap to take it with you. Maybe for those who do very light use on mats, it's okay, but for those who want it for intensive-heavy exercise, I do not recommend it, not even as a joke. Especially for its exorbitant (compared to others) price. Stay away if you are in the second category of people!
