Assembly kit: The wooden house is delivered as a complete assembly kit and includes floor, doors, windows, metal parts, detailed assembly instructions.

Not included: Asphalt roof tile.

What you need for the installation of asphalt shingles: 8 packages of asphalt shingles of 3 m2, 2 kg of asphalt nails & 5 tubes of asphalt glue.
