I have been using this treadmill for two weeks now and I am generally very satisfied. It has excellent cushioning, great stability even at high speeds, a variety of options and programs, ease of use, and the added bonus of a fan (although all the menus are in English, with only the user manual available in Greek on the Kettler website, which could be more explanatory). For this particular model, the running surface is satisfactory but not completely comfortable, I would prefer it to be slightly larger, but for moderate to intense home use, it is okay (the alpha run 400 model has a larger surface, but it is also more expensive). I had a bit of difficulty at the beginning with the Bluetooth settings and the Kettlemaps app (the user needs to read the relevant help articles in English before starting). Attention!! Unfortunately, this app is only available for a free trial period of 14 days and then a subscription is required (starting from €10/month!). So, I had to download other free apps from the Google Play Store and I no longer use the Bluetooth. Additionally, the treadmill can only be stored by folding it, so it requires a fairly spacious area (I keep mine constantly open). In terms of noise, it becomes relatively noisy at high speeds (from 9 km/h and above). In conclusion, the treadmill is slightly more expensive than others in the same category, but it is definitely worth the money and I highly recommend it, especially for its excellent shock-absorbing deck that minimizes strain on the knees and waist, even when running at high speeds.
