Coconut oil is exceptionally resistant to high temperatures compared to other fats – oils, as it does not oxidize and does not leave harmful residues. It is not hydrogenated or esterified. The odorless coconut oil is extracted with steam pressure and thus has a milder aroma and taste. It is neutral and easy to use. By storing it in the refrigerator, its consumption time is extended.
