I have combination to oily skin with some whiteheads and my skin easily becomes red. I have been using a sample of this cream for 4 days and it has significantly cleared my face. I also use a hyaluronic acid serum before applying the cream for extra hydration. The truth is, because it has a matte finish, sometimes you feel like the area hasn't been moisturized well, but with a booster, I think it's better. It absorbs very quickly and doesn't require a large amount.
