I struggle for 2 days to connect it to the application. Sometimes it recognizes it, I press accept, and then the application takes me to difficult paths of wifi settings in the house, and then it switches from 5 hertz to 2.4 hertz... a lot of difficulty. It should have seen it from the beginning and connected. I gave up, I can't deal with it anymore... I wonder why it's so difficult - impossible... 20 euros wasted

Unhappy with the product because I cannot connect it to the app at all, I managed to do it twice, one time the power went out and the connection was lost and never reconnected, and the second time I upgraded the software and it never came back online. I have tried many times and it doesn't connect at all.

Update, once again we have disconnection, it has been offline for 15 days now, I tried to reconnect it again and even though it connects to the app, it still appears offline without changing anything on the router or the distance between them. I remain dissatisfied with this particular device from the company.

Flawless connection both with wifi and devices. In other words, I plugged it in and forgot it even exists. Maybe something they could improve would be a larger range, but logically this will be solved in future models. It is definitely value for money

It works perfectly with many devices (not necessarily from Sonoff) that are Zigbee, it works perfectly in relation to Zigbee devices with WiFi, it has a very good range, and its installation can be done even by a 3-year-old nowadays.

Very good zigbee bridge case, it supports tasmota and works flawlessly. It works perfectly with zigbee2mqtt, so you have many possibilities afterwards. I already have 25 devices connected and it works very well.

Combined with the Sonoff temperature sensor, the connection is constantly lost (regardless of distance). If you unplug it from the socket, it finds the sensor again... and after 1-2 days, it starts all over again.

I have it for a week and I am completely satisfied!! It has not presented any problems or disconnections so far. The zigbee sensors that I have and a zigbee plug from Sonoff connected immediately. The only problem I had was that the bridge could not connect to the ewelink application and I had to repeat the process twice. Other than that, everything is fine and it works seamlessly with Alexa. I have set up my routines there and everything works perfectly!!!

It connected easily to ewelink and I connected a sonoff motion sensor. It appeared on Alexa and I can use it to trigger routines.
When I connected the sensor to the zigbee of the echo 4, it recognized it but it only worked for 1-2 minutes and then it didn't communicate.
The range is greater than 10m and it works easily from one side of the house to the other.
You can connect up to 32 devices/sensors.

It is very good, it is not the first Sonoff device, they are very easy and reliable!!
