It broke on its own, stopped working even though it is under warranty. They said it was the TV's fault because it is 1 meter above, not that it is a defective product

It is beautiful to look at!!! I would give it 5 stars just for the visual feeling it gives when it is on!!! It has a very natural flame and nice dimensions. Everyone asks me about it as soon as they see it....?

BUT, as for heating, don't count on it.....I have put it in a small room, about 15 sq.m. If it's cold, it doesn't heat up, not even when the setting is at the maximum temperature and I have the interior door closed....

It's kind of like the feeling in the room only reaches 18 degrees. I turn on the radiator to heat the room and I turn on the wall fireplace for the cozy feeling it creates visually.....It works as a mild fan heater. Nothing remarkable in terms of heating.

Anyway, I'm proud of my purchase!!!

9 out of 10 realistic and only from very close you realize it's a flame effect..!!
for sure you don't get it for the heating as much as for the atmosphere..
it beautifies the space but as for warmth, so-so..

I have it in a professional space! Its sound is incredible, it relaxes you tremendously! And the flame looks realistic! I usually run it at 1000W and it slightly warms a 25 square meter room!

Very nice fireplace with an amazing effect (compared to what I expected)! It has a remote control with many functions and programs!

Be careful because if the remote control is lost, it is not sold separately!!! And you will be able to do almost nothing beyond the on/off function...
I would prefer the heating function to have an option to operate without a fan.

I really wanted to create a fireplace at home... more for the "warmth" that a fireplace offers to the space! The heating it provides is satisfactory for the living room, but we chose to use only the flame because we covered it with drywall and it would be dangerous to catch fire! The movement of the flame and the sound of the burning wood really tricks you into thinking it's not electric! One of the best purchases I have made

Beautiful construction, I adapted it as a decoration on the fireplace by pulling it slightly outward to completely free the convector heater that is on top (it is designed only for wall mounting). The convector heater is like all 2000-watt convector heaters priced at 60-100€. It did not include the 2xAAA batteries for the remote control!!!

The flame is better than I thought it would be. It is quite realistic. I only got it for the effect and haven't tried it for heating.

Very good construction and sturdy, nice design, it has temperature settings and works in auto mode.

Well, up close it is incomparably better than in the photo. The flame is perfect and there are many options available from the control, even in heating!!!!
