    Apart from the fact that the pads are soft, even when you put it a little lower than the calf, after just 7 uses the pad has been compressed and it doesn’t stay stable on the foot, resulting in it sliding down to the ankle and the metal pressing on the ankle... and I generally have a thick foot. For those who have small feet, it definitely won’t work; it will be loose on them!
