RPM (Revolutions Per Minute)

This concerns the number of revolutions per minute that the drum can make. Usually ranging from 600 to 1600 depending on the washing machine, however up to 1200 revolutions can meet most of our needs. When the revolutions are high, the clothes come out drier and thus reduces the drying time.

2. Indicatively, cotton and mixed fabrics can be washed in a program with 1000 revolutions, while more delicate fabrics such as wool and silk in a program with 600 revolutions.
Number of Programs

The set of programs included in the washing machine. The more programs, the more options for washing clothes.
Energy Class

New energy efficiency scale consisting of classes A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Devices with class A (green) have the lowest energy consumption, while devices with class G (red) have the highest consumption.

For example, for an 8 kg washing machine, if we want to move from class F to A, we save about €10 annually from electricity consumption. While the transition between consecutive classes is almost negligible in annual cost.

Capacity

I am writing my review as quickly as possible in order to help any unfortunate households. The previous washing machine was an LG 7kg (I hope Skroutz doesn't delete the photo because it's not of the purchased washing machine). We have only done 2 washes. Because the previous one was leaking water from the detergent drawer and because it was difficult to fit the large comforter, we decided to buy the 9kg one.

Let's try to put the comforter inside, no way. It was even more difficult to fit. Because it's not like clothes that go in one by one and take up space better, I decided to measure the drums of both washing machines since I still had the previous one at the entrance of the apartment building. Diameter of 50cm for both. Depth of the old one is 32cm, depth of the Candy is 31.5cm. What can one say? Either the Candy 9kg is a fake or the old 7kg is actually 9kg (although it says 7kg on the detergent drawer and that's why we bought it 15 years ago). They have made a large opening in the door to deceive the eye, but the interior is identical.
Anyone who has bought it and has written their review, please take the trouble to measure yours, just in case, I mean just in case there was a mistake in mine at the factory (unlikely).
As for the depth, do not measure it until the outside because the door closes and the glass reaches the beginning of the drum, so start measuring from there. Thank you to anyone who takes the trouble to do so and for having the patience to read my review.

The wifi has an issue. Basically, it broke in the 6th month. The touch buttons fade with use. I am on my second device. The wifi doesn't work at all.
Luckily, the store where I bought it is reliable and provides immediate service. Maybe I'll go for a third device, we'll see...

The service of this particular company in Greece is not good. We received a faulty washing machine and we called them to come and take it. On the first "visit" that we managed to schedule, they just came to see it and confirm that it is indeed broken. Then we waited for them to come and take it, but they wouldn't take it because they didn't have the part in Greece. After a month, the part arrived and then they came and took it. And now it's been almost 2 months and they still say that they are missing parts. Instead of replacing it, they just delay. Everything is fine until you have a problem.

Update
We finally received it. Unfortunately, though, it has another issue (after the first wash), it's leaking water.

I have had this washing machine for 4 months. Overall, I am satisfied, it cleans clothes well and has many quick programs. However, there are some negative aspects: 1. It does not fit the duvet, which previously fit in a 6kg washing machine (although with difficulty). It does not have the expected capacity. 2. The clothes do not have the scent of fabric softener, even though I use a lot (I used less in my old machine). I reserve judgment in case I am doing something wrong. I will come back if any issues arise. Note: The service from Candy's dealership, for a small issue I had with the water drainage, was immediate and excellent. They were very polite and explanatory, and the problem was easily solved without needing a technician to come to the house. The 4 stars are also for this.

Looking for an A-class energy washing machine, there is no rival!
The equivalent LG cost twice as much (I bought it for 300).

It has several programs, the 15-minute program is very useful, it weighs the clothes and calculates the washing time accordingly, and at 1400 revolutions, the clothes come out very dry.

If you balance it correctly, even at 1400 revolutions, it doesn't move.
I don't have an opinion on durability yet, but it seems to be of good quality.

The only negative is that it doesn't come with a manual and you have to find it online, which might make it difficult for someone older.

I don't have an opinion on the wifi, as I find it useless on the washing machine!

Finally, since I installed it myself, if you connect the water supply at high pressure, there is a chance that drops will come out of the detergent compartment. I filled it halfway and the problem was solved.
