    We mostly use it for grilling Greek food. After two months of use, the burner ignites by itself even when it is closed. For safety, I plugged it into a power strip until I figure out what to do, and as soon as I turn on the power strip, while the burner is closed, it ignites by itself and doesn't turn off. As for the cooking time, it's like any other burner. Normal cooking time.

    In the first 20 seconds that it was plugged into the socket (according to the instructions), it started emitting thick smoke and a burnt smell. I naturally removed it because it would have caught fire if I left it for 2-3 minutes, and I returned it.
