    Very mediocre, it is not suitable for the neck because it is hard and has a metal rod inside to hold the shape you give it, and you can feel it, so definitely not for the neck. It only somewhat works for the lower back on the couch, but again the metal rod inside bothers me. I wouldn't buy it again, I was misled by the good reviews.
