I have it for six months, it was bought for movies. It is full array, the image is very good and the viewing from the side is just as good, I always refer to 4K. The panel is VA, very bright, with realistic colors. It needs a soundbar for movies, its speakers are subpar. It easily connected to Wi-Fi, no lagging. I opened 4K HDR and Dolby Vision with Dolby Atmos from YouTube, everything played perfectly! Vidaa works well, it doesn't have many apps, it's poor I would say, the channels change quickly and overall it's fast. It has a media player, it doesn't support SRT files and I had to go for a TV box and everything is okay. Blooming is always noticeable in end titles where the screen is all black, local dimming can't prevent it, the screen is very bright in all other cases, it's not noticeable in any case, not even when there are bars at the top and bottom. The peak brightness is high to support HDR formats well. Overall, for what it offers at this price, it's a good TV for movies with some help from sound and a TV box

In the pitch-black scenes of movies, you feel like the TV is turned off! The Dolby Atmos sound is incredible. The software is fast and the remote control is user-friendly. The sleek design is free of reflections and has a thin frame. The colors have very little distortion from every viewing angle for a VA panel, and the pleasant thing is that there are no burnt pixels. It supports screencasting from your mobile, the channels change instantly, and the HDR is amazing. Honestly, I can't get enough of watching movies on Netflix. I'm referring to the 50" model priced at €426, and of course, I highly recommend it!

Αγόρασα το μοντέλο των 50 ιντσών για δώρο και πρέπει να πω πως η συγκεκριμένη τηλεόραση με εντυπωσίασε με την απόδοση της για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει (και έχω OLED στο σαλόνι μου).

Πρόκειται για μια συσκευή με αρκετά καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής. Είναι φτιαγμένη κατεξοχήν από μέταλλο, είναι ιδιαίτερα στιβαρή και σταθερή στη βάση της, έχει αυλάκια για cable management και το design της είναι αρκετά ελκυστικό.

Η τηλεόραση αναπαράγει μεγάλο χρωματικό εύρος, διαθέτει υψηλό brightness και αρκετά βαθύ μαύρο. Με την ενεργοποίηση του local dimming, το μαύρο γίνεται ακόμα πιο βαθύ (κατάλληλο και για σκοτεινό δωμάτιο), αλλά φυσικά δημιουργείται σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις και κάποιο blooming, το οποίο όμως δεν είναι τόσο έντονο ή ενοχλητικό όσο σε άλλες entry level FALD που έχω δει (για παράδειγμα δεν επηρεάζει υπότιτλους), ακόμα και όταν είναι ρυθμισμένο να δουλεύει στο μέγιστο. Γενικά νομίζω πως είναι με διαφορά η πιο φτηνή τηλεόραση που μπορεί να αναπαράγει αξιοπρεπώς περιεχόμενο HDR (Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+).

Η χρωματική πιστότητα είναι και αυτή αρκετά καλή με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις, αν εξαιρέσεις μια συμπάθεια της TV προς το πράσινο, η οποία όμως δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα ορατή και δε χαλάει τους τόνους του δέρματος, οι οποίοι είναι πολύ καλοί. Γενικά θα πρότεινα:

Με αυτές τις SDR ρυθμίσεις και τα Noise Reduction και MPEG Noise Reduction στο Low, το τηλεοπτικό σήμα της Digea δείχνει αρκετά καλά, αν και υστερεί στην επεξεργασία σκοτεινών σημείων σε σχέση με (αρκετά) πιο ακριβές τηλεοράσεις. Σε 1080p περιεχόμενο τα πάει πολύ καλά, και σε 4Κ HDR είναι εντυπωσιακή.

Ας μιλήσουμε τώρα και για τις γωνίες θέασης. Έχουν πρόβλημα όπως γράφει ένας άλλος reviewer; Με μια λέξη, όχι. Η U7Qf έχει καλύτερες γωνίες θέασης από τις Samsung της σειράς 7000 και 8000 που φοράνε και αυτές PVA panels (ναι, τις βλέπω όλες τακτικά από κοντά). Η διαφορά βέβαια δεν είναι τεράστια, αφού όλα τα κοινά PVA αρχίζουν να χάνουν αντίθεση και το gamma τους γύρω στις 20 μοίρες. Όποιος θέλει ευρείες γωνίες θέασης και αγοράζει PVA σε αυτά τα χρήματα δε θα έπρεπε να κατηγορεί κανέναν άλλο πέρα από τον εαυτό του.

Η περίπτωση του motion handling είναι λίγο πιο περίπλοκη. Είναι αλήθεια πως οι αλγόριθμοι του Ultra Smooth Motion είναι κακοί. Αν λοιπόν σας αρέσει να χρησιμοποιείτε motion smoothing επιλογές στην τηλεόραση σας, τότε καλό θα ήταν να κοιτάξετε κάτι άλλο. Αν όμως απενεργοποιείτε τις επιλογές αυτές, τότε πέρα από λίγο φυσιολογικό για ένα 60ρι panel judder, η κίνηση είναι μια χαρά. Αυτό που οι περισσότεροι χρήστες αγνοούν και βγάζουν λάθος συμπεράσματα για τις επιδώσεις της τηλεόρασης στον τομέα αυτό, είναι πως υπάρχει ένα bug, το οποίο αποτρέπει την απενεργοποίηση του Ultra Smooth Motion όταν είναι ενεργοποιημένη η λειτουργία γρήγορης εκκίνησης της τηλεόρασης, ακόμα και αν αυτό φαίνεται να είναι στο Off. Καθώς το Ultra Smooth Motion χειροτερεύει πολύ την κίνηση αντι να την βελτιώνει, πολλοί χρήστες δικαιολογημένα μπερδεύονται και σχηματίζουν την άποψη πως η τηλεόραση έχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα στον τομέα αυτό. Επίσης, για σωστό frame pacing σε συνδεδεμένες συσκευές, καλό είναι να ενεργοποιούμε το Enhanced mode στο HDMI. Τέλος αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως η τηλεόραση διαθέτει και BFI (black frame insertion) με την επιλογή Clear Motion το οποίο δουλεύει πολύ καλά, αλλά όπως είναι φυσικό μειώνει αρκετά τη φωτεινότητα, την οποία τη θέλουμε για σωστό HDR. Για αυτό απλά απενεργοποιείστε τη γρήγορη εκκίνηση και βεβαιωθείτε πως και το Ultra Smooth Motion δεν είναι ενεργό (ενεργοποιείστε και απενεργοποιείστε το).

Ο ήχος της τηλεόρασης είναι μέτριος. Υψηλή μεν ένταση, αλλά μηδέν χαμηλές συχνότητες και μέτριο imaging. Με λίγα λόγια για μια καλή εμπειρία όταν βλέπετε ταινίες θα χρειαστείτε soundbar.

Όσο για το VIDAA, όπως θα καταλάβατε και από την παράγραφο για το motion handling, έχει μερικά ενοχλητικά bugs και είναι ο λόγος που αφαιρώ ένα αστέρι από τη βαθμολογία. Πέρα από το Ultra Smooth Motion, όταν η γρήγορη εκκίνηση είναι επιλεγμένη, ενεργοποιούνται και άλλες επιλογές ακόμα και αν φαίνονται κλειστές, όπως το Adaptive Contrast. Ακόμα, είχα θέμα και με soundbar συνδεδεμένη μέσω ARC για την οποία δε δούλεψε το HDMI CEC. Κατά τα άλλα, το VIDAA είναι γρήγορο και χρηστικό, αν και πιο περιορισμένο από τις 3 μεγάλες πλατφόρμες (Android, WebOS, Tizen).

Συμπερασματικά, η τηλεόραση έχει κάποια θεματάκια στο λογισμικό, αλλά η εικόνα της δεν έχει ανταγωνισμό στην τιμή της.

I was looking for a 50" TV for my living room so that my family and I could watch together since we didn't have a big TV. We mainly watch channel shows since we didn't have a smart TV until now, so I was interested in a TV with good overall performance.
Searching on the internet for performance measurements and watching video reviews, I saw that this specific TV is the Best Value for Money for what I wanted, to be 4k, support HDR, and have a high Peak Brightness to ensure proper contrast and good picture quality.
I bought it and received it just yesterday and I am thrilled with my purchase at €499.
The picture is A M A Z I N G! Very bright with very nice blacks and vibrant colors. Its VIDAA operating system works great without any glitches or other strange things with good response to any command it receives.
To find more reviews and information about the screen, also look for the American version H8G which I assume and shouldn't be wrong, shares the same screen as the European version U7QF. You will be surprised by the performance measurements and rating of the H8G compared to other much more expensive TVs from well-known manufacturers.
Finally, the quality of its plastics is quite good, better than other well-known manufacturers.
For those considering it, GET IT WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED, it is the best.... the Best Value for Money!!!

After a lot of searching to buy a TV, I ended up choosing this particular TV because it really excels in picture quality compared to other TVs in the same price range. The Full Array Local Dimming (fald) with Quantum Dots makes the picture very good, with vibrant colors. The sound is also very good and clear. The only thing I might have wanted is the Android operating system, but the Vidaa u 4.0 is a very user-friendly and fast operating system.

I bought it based on various reviews that all concluded that you get "a lot more TV" for the money you spend. Well, except for the good sound for TV speakers and the construction that indeed appears to be of higher quality than its commercial value, the rest is completely lacking. Initial impression, after easy installation-channel detection and first use with default settings by 4 adults, is that the TV has a panel problem. That's not true. The TV needs calibration, possibly even by a professional with the right tools, and the viewing angle should be at zero degrees from the axis. Any deviation above 5-10 degrees results in significant color distortion and fading. The one or two people who can sit at zero degrees "see" good blacks, mediocre motion (with the algorithms enabled, very poor) and very good brightness and contrast. However, when you bring it to a normal result for others, after enough customization, the image loses color accuracy and the improvement in terms of viewing angle is limited. However, in order for the side viewers to "see" as much as possible, the changes you make result in the central viewers not "seeing" correctly either. So, it's a disappointment. Another major drawback is the operating system. Compared to the competition, it seems poor. It does its job, and quickly, truth be told, but in a perfunctory way. You get used to it, obviously, but you never like it. And that's why the parent company decided to use Android in the American versions. Slower, more complicated but much more attractive and user-friendly. To sum up, two days after the purchase, I returned it to the point of sale and got a similar one with an IPS panel, worse blacks and local dimming, but better in everything else. Addition 27/3/21: Because someone mentioned that my opinion about the TV's viewing angles is exaggerated, here are the comparisons from RTINGS and a ranking based on their criteria. This specific Hisense TV is mediocre at best with a score of 5.3. The Samsung TVs mentioned by the gentleman range from 5.3 to 5.5. This doesn't make the Hisense TV good. It makes equally mediocre to unacceptable those with the same behavior, including the Samsung ones, if you don't sit at an absolute or relative straight angle up to 5-10 degrees. (The good ones are practically those that can be viewed at angles over 20 degrees. OLED, IPS panels, and some measured with very specific characteristics like the Q80T and above.) Because we almost never sit at an angle smaller than 20 degrees in my room, the HISENSE TV doesn't work. And all the other characteristics, although mostly superior to the economic value of the TV, seem secondary to me. And ultimately, because I didn't blame anyone other than myself and my own criteria, I returned it, I spent more money, and I got something different that meets my needs. The gentleman may feel great about the purchase he made. I feel the same way.

Amazing television with crystal-clear picture, the local dimming is very good, the experience of Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision is something else. The smart features with the applications are great... you can calibrate the colors as you like and it has a strong contrast and black levels. I also downloaded the app that you speak into the remote control and it works perfectly. It is connected to the home theater and outputs Dolby Digital sound... it is an amazing choice for its price, while at first I was afraid, it has features that TVs costing over 1000 euros have and it is definitely worth it. Get it with your eyes closed... QLED, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, 4K, all HDR and a nice Android operating system

I bought it a few days ago for €549 and so far I am satisfied. The main features I was looking for and found in it are Direct Led (FALD), Dolby Vision, and Local Dimming. The only issue I have is the brightness, which needs to be adjusted if placed in a dark room. In bright and large spaces, it is simply enjoyable! The software and its response are fast, and the sound is ideal for my taste. I did not expect such good build quality from Hisense, as this is my first time choosing their product.

Update 09/2021:
I deducted one star because the viewing angles are not the best possible. I also didn't like the fact that when I was watching Netflix and it supported Dolby Vision, sometimes the image would blink. This happened randomly and in unrelated moments. It was a bit annoying and seemed like Dolby Vision couldn't handle the stream. However, I don't think it's a bandwidth issue since I have a 100 Mbps connection.

Η U7Qf έχει καλύτερες γωνίες θέασης από τις Samsung της σειράς 7000 και 8000 που φοράνε και αυτές PVA panels (ναι, τις βλέπω όλες τακτικά από κοντά). Η διαφορά βέβαια δεν είναι τεράστια, αφού όλα τα κοινά PVA αρχίζουν να χάνουν αντίθεση και το gamma τους γύρω στις 20 μοίρες. Όποιος θέλει ευρείες γωνίες θέασης και αγοράζει PVA σε αυτά τα χρήματα δε θα έπρεπε να κατηγορεί κανέναν άλλο πέρα από τον εαυτό του.

Η περίπτωση του motion handling είναι λίγο πιο περίπλοκη. Είναι αλήθεια πως οι αλγόριθμοι του Ultra Smooth Motion είναι κακοί. Αν λοιπόν σας αρέσει να χρησιμοποιείτε motion smoothing επιλογές στην τηλεόραση σας, τότε καλό θα ήταν να κοιτάξετε κάτι άλλο. Αν όμως απενεργοποιείτε τις επιλογές αυτές, τότε πέρα από λίγο φυσιολογικό για ένα 60ρι panel judder, η κίνηση είναι μια χαρά. Αυτό που οι περισσότεροι χρήστες αγνοούν και βγάζουν λάθος συμπεράσματα για τις επιδώσεις της τηλεόρασης στον τομέα αυτό, είναι πως υπάρχει ένα bug, το οποίο αποτρέπει την απενεργοποίηση του Ultra Smooth Motion όταν είναι ενεργοποιημένη η λειτουργία γρήγορης εκκίνησης της τηλεόρασης, ακόμα και αν αυτό φαίνεται να είναι στο Off. Καθώς το Ultra Smooth Motion χειροτερεύει πολύ την κίνηση αντι να την βελτιώνει, πολλοί χρήστες δικαιολογημένα μπερδεύονται και σχηματίζουν την άποψη πως η τηλεόραση έχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα στον τομέα αυτό. Επίσης, για σωστό frame pacing σε συνδεδεμένες συσκευές, καλό είναι να ενεργοποιούμε το Enhanced mode στο HDMI. Τέλος αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως η τηλεόραση διαθέτει και BFI (black frame insertion) με την επιλογή Clear Motion το οποίο δουλεύει πολύ καλά, αλλά όπως είναι φυσικό μειώνει αρκετά τη φωτεινότητα, την οποία τη θέλουμε για σωστό HDR. Για αυτό απλά απενεργοποιείστε τη γρήγορη εκκίνηση και βεβαιωθείτε πως και το Ultra Smooth Motion δεν είναι ενεργό (ενεργοποιείστε και απενεργοποιείστε το).

Ο ήχος της τηλεόρασης είναι μέτριος. Υψηλή μεν ένταση, αλλά μηδέν χαμηλές συχνότητες και μέτριο imaging. Με λίγα λόγια για μια καλή εμπειρία όταν βλέπετε ταινίες θα χρειαστείτε soundbar.

Όσο για το VIDAA, όπως θα καταλάβατε και από την παράγραφο για το motion handling, έχει μερικά ενοχλητικά bugs και είναι ο λόγος που αφαιρώ ένα αστέρι από τη βαθμολογία. Πέρα από το Ultra Smooth Motion, όταν η γρήγορη εκκίνηση είναι επιλεγμένη, ενεργοποιούνται και άλλες επιλογές ακόμα και αν φαίνονται κλειστές, όπως το Adaptive Contrast. Ακόμα, είχα θέμα και με soundbar συνδεδεμένη μέσω ARC για την οποία δε δούλεψε το HDMI CEC. Κατά τα άλλα, το VIDAA είναι γρήγορο και χρηστικό, αν και πιο περιορισμένο από τις 3 μεγάλες πλατφόρμες (Android, WebOS, Tizen).

Συμπερασματικά, η τηλεόραση έχει κάποια θεματάκια στο λογισμικό, αλλά η εικόνα της δεν έχει ανταγωνισμό στην τιμή της.

I was looking for a 50" TV for my living room so that my family and I could watch together since we didn't have a big TV. We mainly watch channel shows since we didn't have a smart TV until now, so I was interested in a TV with good overall performance.
Searching on the internet for performance measurements and watching video reviews, I saw that this specific TV is the Best Value for Money for what I wanted, to be 4k, support HDR, and have a high Peak Brightness to ensure proper contrast and good picture quality.
I bought it and received it just yesterday and I am thrilled with my purchase at €499.
The picture is A M A Z I N G! Very bright with very nice blacks and vibrant colors. Its VIDAA operating system works great without any glitches or other strange things with good response to any command it receives.
To find more reviews and information about the screen, also look for the American version H8G which I assume and shouldn't be wrong, shares the same screen as the European version U7QF. You will be surprised by the performance measurements and rating of the H8G compared to other much more expensive TVs from well-known manufacturers.
Finally, the quality of its plastics is quite good, better than other well-known manufacturers.
For those considering it, GET IT WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED, it is the best.... the Best Value for Money!!!

After a lot of searching to buy a TV, I ended up choosing this particular TV because it really excels in picture quality compared to other TVs in the same price range. The Full Array Local Dimming (fald) with Quantum Dots makes the picture very good, with vibrant colors. The sound is also very good and clear. The only thing I might have wanted is the Android operating system, but the Vidaa u 4.0 is a very user-friendly and fast operating system.

I have it for six months, it was bought for movies. It is full array, the image is very good and the viewing from the side is just as good, I always refer to 4K. The panel is VA, very bright, with realistic colors. It needs a soundbar for movies, its speakers are subpar. It easily connected to Wi-Fi, no lagging. I opened 4K HDR and Dolby Vision with Dolby Atmos from YouTube, everything played perfectly! Vidaa works well, it doesn't have many apps, it's poor I would say, the channels change quickly and overall it's fast. It has a media player, it doesn't support SRT files and I had to go for a TV box and everything is okay. Blooming is always noticeable in end titles where the screen is all black, local dimming can't prevent it, the screen is very bright in all other cases, it's not noticeable in any case, not even when there are bars at the top and bottom. The peak brightness is high to support HDR formats well. Overall, for what it offers at this price, it's a good TV for movies with some help from sound and a TV box

In the pitch-black scenes of movies, you feel like the TV is turned off! The Dolby Atmos sound is incredible. The software is fast and the remote control is user-friendly. The sleek design is free of reflections and has a thin frame. The colors have very little distortion from every viewing angle for a VA panel, and the pleasant thing is that there are no burnt pixels. It supports screencasting from your mobile, the channels change instantly, and the HDR is amazing. Honestly, I can't get enough of watching movies on Netflix. I'm referring to the 50" model priced at €426, and of course, I highly recommend it!

Αγόρασα το μοντέλο των 50 ιντσών για δώρο και πρέπει να πω πως η συγκεκριμένη τηλεόραση με εντυπωσίασε με την απόδοση της για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει (και έχω OLED στο σαλόνι μου).

Πρόκειται για μια συσκευή με αρκετά καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής. Είναι φτιαγμένη κατεξοχήν από μέταλλο, είναι ιδιαίτερα στιβαρή και σταθερή στη βάση της, έχει αυλάκια για cable management και το design της είναι αρκετά ελκυστικό.

Η τηλεόραση αναπαράγει μεγάλο χρωματικό εύρος, διαθέτει υψηλό brightness και αρκετά βαθύ μαύρο. Με την ενεργοποίηση του local dimming, το μαύρο γίνεται ακόμα πιο βαθύ (κατάλληλο και για σκοτεινό δωμάτιο), αλλά φυσικά δημιουργείται σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις και κάποιο blooming, το οποίο όμως δεν είναι τόσο έντονο ή ενοχλητικό όσο σε άλλες entry level FALD που έχω δει (για παράδειγμα δεν επηρεάζει υπότιτλους), ακόμα και όταν είναι ρυθμισμένο να δουλεύει στο μέγιστο. Γενικά νομίζω πως είναι με διαφορά η πιο φτηνή τηλεόραση που μπορεί να αναπαράγει αξιοπρεπώς περιεχόμενο HDR (Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+).

Η χρωματική πιστότητα είναι και αυτή αρκετά καλή με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις, αν εξαιρέσεις μια συμπάθεια της TV προς το πράσινο, η οποία όμως δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα ορατή και δε χαλάει τους τόνους του δέρματος, οι οποίοι είναι πολύ καλοί. Γενικά θα πρότεινα:

Με αυτές τις SDR ρυθμίσεις και τα Noise Reduction και MPEG Noise Reduction στο Low, το τηλεοπτικό σήμα της Digea δείχνει αρκετά καλά, αν και υστερεί στην επεξεργασία σκοτεινών σημείων σε σχέση με (αρκετά) πιο ακριβές τηλεοράσεις. Σε 1080p περιεχόμενο τα πάει πολύ καλά, και σε 4Κ HDR είναι εντυπωσιακή.

Ας μιλήσουμε τώρα και για τις γωνίες θέασης. Έχουν πρόβλημα όπως γράφει ένας άλλος reviewer; Με μια λέξη, όχι. Η U7Qf έχει καλύτερες γωνίες θέασης από τις Samsung της σειράς 7000 και 8000 που φοράνε και αυτές PVA panels (ναι, τις βλέπω όλες τακτικά από κοντά). I bought it based on various reviews that all concluded that you get "a lot more TV" for the money you spend. Well, except for the good sound for TV speakers and the construction that indeed appears to be of higher quality than its commercial value, the rest is completely lacking. Initial impression, after easy installation-channel detection and first use with default settings by 4 adults, is that the TV has a panel problem. That's not true. The TV needs calibration, possibly even by a professional with the right tools, and the viewing angle should be at zero degrees from the axis. Any deviation above 5-10 degrees results in significant color distortion and fading. The one or two people who can sit at zero degrees "see" good blacks, mediocre motion (with the algorithms enabled, very poor) and very good brightness and contrast. However, when you bring it to a normal result for others, after enough customization, the image loses color accuracy and the improvement in terms of viewing angle is limited. However, in order for the side viewers to "see" as much as possible, the changes you make result in the central viewers not "seeing" correctly either. So, it's a disappointment. Another major drawback is the operating system. Compared to the competition, it seems poor. It does its job, and quickly, truth be told, but in a perfunctory way. You get used to it, obviously, but you never like it. And that's why the parent company decided to use Android in the American versions. Slower, more complicated but much more attractive and user-friendly. To sum up, two days after the purchase, I returned it to the point of sale and got a similar one with an IPS panel, worse blacks and local dimming, but better in everything else. Addition 27/3/21: Because someone mentioned that my opinion about the TV's viewing angles is exaggerated, here are the comparisons from RTINGS and a ranking based on their criteria. This specific Hisense TV is mediocre at best with a score of 5.3. The Samsung TVs mentioned by the gentleman range from 5.3 to 5.5. This doesn't make the Hisense TV good. It makes equally mediocre to unacceptable those with the same behavior, including the Samsung ones, if you don't sit at an absolute or relative straight angle up to 5-10 degrees. (The good ones are practically those that can be viewed at angles over 20 degrees. OLED, IPS panels, and some measured with very specific characteristics like the Q80T and above.) Because we almost never sit at an angle smaller than 20 degrees in my room, the HISENSE TV doesn't work. And all the other characteristics, although mostly superior to the economic value of the TV, seem secondary to me. And ultimately, because I didn't blame anyone other than myself and my own criteria, I returned it, I spent more money, and I got something different that meets my needs. The gentleman may feel great about the purchase he made. I feel the same way.

Amazing television with crystal-clear picture, the local dimming is very good, the experience of Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision is something else. The smart features with the applications are great... you can calibrate the colors as you like and it has a strong contrast and black levels. I also downloaded the app that you speak into the remote control and it works perfectly. It is connected to the home theater and outputs Dolby Digital sound... it is an amazing choice for its price, while at first I was afraid, it has features that TVs costing over 1000 euros have and it is definitely worth it. Get it with your eyes closed... QLED, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, 4K, all HDR and a nice Android operating system

I bought it a few days ago for €549 and so far I am satisfied. The main features I was looking for and found in it are Direct Led (FALD), Dolby Vision, and Local Dimming. The only issue I have is the brightness, which needs to be adjusted if placed in a dark room. In bright and large spaces, it is simply enjoyable! The software and its response are fast, and the sound is ideal for my taste. I did not expect such good build quality from Hisense, as this is my first time choosing their product.

Update 09/2021:
I deducted one star because the viewing angles are not the best possible. I also didn't like the fact that when I was watching Netflix and it supported Dolby Vision, sometimes the image would blink. This happened randomly and in unrelated moments. It was a bit annoying and seemed like Dolby Vision couldn't handle the stream. However, I don't think it's a bandwidth issue since I have a 100 Mbps connection.

Η χρωματική πιστότητα είναι και αυτή αρκετά καλή με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις, αν εξαιρέσεις μια συμπάθεια της TV προς το πράσινο, η οποία όμως δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα ορατή και δε χαλάει τους τόνους του δέρματος, οι οποίοι είναι πολύ καλοί. Γενικά θα πρότεινα:

Με αυτές τις SDR ρυθμίσεις και τα Noise Reduction και MPEG Noise Reduction στο Low, το τηλεοπτικό σήμα της Digea δείχνει αρκετά καλά, αν και υστερεί στην επεξεργασία σκοτεινών σημείων σε σχέση με (αρκετά) πιο ακριβές τηλεοράσεις. Σε 1080p περιεχόμενο τα πάει πολύ καλά, και σε 4Κ HDR είναι εντυπωσιακή.

Ας μιλήσουμε τώρα και για τις γωνίες θέασης. Έχουν πρόβλημα όπως γράφει ένας άλλος reviewer; Με μια λέξη, όχι. Η U7Qf έχει καλύτερες γωνίες θέασης από τις Samsung της σειράς 7000 και 8000 που φοράνε και αυτές PVA panels (ναι, τις βλέπω όλες τακτικά από κοντά). Η διαφορά βέβαια δεν είναι τεράστια, αφού όλα τα κοινά PVA αρχίζουν να χάνουν αντίθεση και το gamma τους γύρω στις 20 μοίρες. Όποιος θέλει ευρείες γωνίες θέασης και αγοράζει PVA σε αυτά τα χρήματα δε θα έπρεπε να κατηγορεί κανέναν άλλο πέρα από τον εαυτό του.

Η περίπτωση του motion handling είναι λίγο πιο περίπλοκη. Είναι αλήθεια πως οι αλγόριθμοι του Ultra Smooth Motion είναι κακοί. Αν λοιπόν σας αρέσει να χρησιμοποιείτε motion smoothing επιλογές στην τηλεόραση σας, τότε καλό θα ήταν να κοιτάξετε κάτι άλλο. Αν όμως απενεργοποιείτε τις επιλογές αυτές, τότε πέρα από λίγο φυσιολογικό για ένα 60ρι panel judder, η κίνηση είναι μια χαρά. Αυτό που οι περισσότεροι χρήστες αγνοούν και βγάζουν λάθος συμπεράσματα για τις επιδώσεις της τηλεόρασης στον τομέα αυτό, είναι πως υπάρχει ένα bug, το οποίο αποτρέπει την απενεργοποίηση του Ultra Smooth Motion όταν είναι ενεργοποιημένη η λειτουργία γρήγορης εκκίνησης της τηλεόρασης, ακόμα και αν αυτό φαίνεται να είναι στο Off. Καθώς το Ultra Smooth Motion χειροτερεύει πολύ την κίνηση αντι να την βελτιώνει, πολλοί χρήστες δικαιολογημένα μπερδεύονται και σχηματίζουν την άποψη πως η τηλεόραση έχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα στον τομέα αυτό. Επίσης, για σωστό frame pacing σε συνδεδεμένες συσκευές, καλό είναι να ενεργοποιούμε το Enhanced mode στο HDMI. Τέλος αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως η τηλεόραση διαθέτει και BFI (black frame insertion) με την επιλογή Clear Motion το οποίο δουλεύει πολύ καλά, αλλά όπως είναι φυσικό μειώνει αρκετά τη φωτεινότητα, την οποία τη θέλουμε για σωστό HDR. Για αυτό απλά απενεργοποιείστε τη γρήγορη εκκίνηση και βεβαιωθείτε πως και το Ultra Smooth Motion δεν είναι ενεργό (ενεργοποιείστε και απενεργοποιείστε το).

Ο ήχος της τηλεόρασης είναι μέτριος. Υψηλή μεν ένταση, αλλά μηδέν χαμηλές συχνότητες και μέτριο imaging. Με λίγα λόγια για μια καλή εμπειρία όταν βλέπετε ταινίες θα χρειαστείτε soundbar.

Όσο για το VIDAA, όπως θα καταλάβατε και από την παράγραφο για το motion handling, έχει μερικά ενοχλητικά bugs και είναι ο λόγος που αφαιρώ ένα αστέρι από τη βαθμολογία. Πέρα από το Ultra Smooth Motion, όταν η γρήγορη εκκίνηση είναι επιλεγμένη, ενεργοποιούνται και άλλες επιλογές ακόμα και αν φαίνονται κλειστές, όπως το Adaptive Contrast. Ακόμα, είχα θέμα και με soundbar συνδεδεμένη μέσω ARC για την οποία δε δούλεψε το HDMI CEC. Κατά τα άλλα, το VIDAA είναι γρήγορο και χρηστικό, αν και πιο περιορισμένο από τις 3 μεγάλες πλατφόρμες (Android, WebOS, Tizen).

Συμπερασματικά, η τηλεόραση έχει κάποια θεματάκια στο λογισμικό, αλλά η εικόνα της δεν έχει ανταγωνισμό στην τιμή της.

I was looking for a 50" TV for my living room so that my family and I could watch together since we didn't have a big TV. We mainly watch channel shows since we didn't have a smart TV until now, so I was interested in a TV with good overall performance.
Searching on the internet for performance measurements and watching video reviews, I saw that this specific TV is the Best Value for Money for what I wanted, to be 4k, support HDR, and have a high Peak Brightness to ensure proper contrast and good picture quality.
I bought it and received it just yesterday and I am thrilled with my purchase at €499.
The picture is A M A Z I N G! Very bright with very nice blacks and vibrant colors. Its VIDAA operating system works great without any glitches or other strange things with good response to any command it receives.
To find more reviews and information about the screen, also look for the American version H8G which I assume and shouldn't be wrong, shares the same screen as the European version U7QF. You will be surprised by the performance measurements and rating of the H8G compared to other much more expensive TVs from well-known manufacturers.
Finally, the quality of its plastics is quite good, better than other well-known manufacturers.
For those considering it, GET IT WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED, it is the best.... the Best Value for Money!!!

After a lot of searching to buy a TV, I ended up choosing this particular TV because it really excels in picture quality compared to other TVs in the same price range. The Full Array Local Dimming (fald) with Quantum Dots makes the picture very good, with vibrant colors. The sound is also very good and clear. The only thing I might have wanted is the Android operating system, but the Vidaa u 4.0 is a very user-friendly and fast operating system.
