I got through almost the entire last winter without turning on the heating thanks to the blanket. Perfect sleep, warmth, and in the morning I woke up without pain and numbness in my body from the cold. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!!
Έβγαλα σχεδόν όλο τον προηγούμενο χειμώνα χωρίς να ανάψω θέρμανση χάρη στην κουβέρτα. Τέλειος ύπνος, θαλπωρή και το πρωί ξυπνούσα χωρίς πόνους και μούδιασμα στο κορμί από το κρύο. Από τις καλύτερες αγορές που έχω κάνει!!!
I have bought this one before (in another color) and for me it is the best thing available in Greece right now. I am repeating part of my review because it still applies:
It has many speed, heating, and time options, whichever you want. I really do not like the ones that have a fixed time to stop, because if it is very cold you wake up to turn them on again!
It is soft, lightweight, and has the largest coverage of heating elements on its surface compared to other blankets. (Usually most blankets do state the dimensions, but the area covered by the heating elements is only 1 x 1 meter.)
It heats very well, especially the higher settings, which satisfy even the most demanding users.
For those who have trouble with the functions of its control, let me help a little:
It has 3 buttons. The first one at the top is for constant temperature; you choose the intensity yourself, starting from 7/9, which means level 7 is the highest intensity for 9 hours. The second concerns the time you want it to heat; press it to set how many hours you want it to heat. The third (which is a little "tricky" for those who do not know) is the rapid heating one. That is, if you press it, it shows H9, which means it starts heating at full power (high) for 9 hours. After 1 hour, if I am not mistaken, it automatically decreases and goes to L8, i.e. Low for 8 hours. The logic behind this is that if you are in a hurry to warm up your bed, you press the third rapid-heating button at full power, and if you want it to maintain maximum heat, then you press the first button, which keeps it steady at the maximum (7). I hope I helped a little.
The blanket heats so much if you leave it at maximum that you can fry eggs.
Έχω ξανά αγοράσει την συγκεκριμένη παλιότερα (σε άλλη απόχρωση) και για μένα είναι ότι καλύτερο κυκλοφορεί στην Ελλάδα αυτή τη στιγμή. Αναφέρω ξανά μέρος της κριτικής μου γιατί ισχύει ακόμα:
Έχει πολλές επιλογές ταχύτητας, θέρμανσης αλλά και χρόνου που θέλεις. Δεν μου αρέσουν καθόλου αυτές που έχουν φιξ χρόνο να σταματάνε, με αποτέλεσμα αν κάνει πολύ κρύο να ξυπνάς για να τις ενεργοποιείς ξανά!
Είναι μαλακή, ελαφριά, έχει τη μεγαλύτερη κάλυψη αντιστάσεων στην επιφάνειά της από άλλες κουβέρτες. (Συνήθως οι περισσότερες κουβέρτες γράφουν διαστάσεις μεν, αλλά η κάλυψη από αντιστάσεις που ζεσταίνουν να είναι 1Χ1 μέτρο μόνο.)

Οι διαστασεις και της izzy και αυτης εδω θα μπορουσε να ηταν 20 ποντους μακρύτερη. Ειμαι 1.63 και δυσκολεύομαι λιγο να καλυφθω απο πανω μεχρι κάτω. Επισης σχετικα με το κοντρόλ, απο τα θετικα ειναι οτι εχει χρονόμετρο μαξ 9 ωρες το οποίο το ρυθμίζεις απο 1-9 ωρες και εχει 8 επίπεδα θερμότητας. Το αρνητικό ειναι οτι αν το βαλεις στην φουλ ενταση, μετά απο 10-15 λεπτα πεφτει αυτοματα στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο. Φαντάζομαι για λογους ασφαλειας. Παρόλα τα αρνητικά που περιέγραψα την χρησιμοποιήσω σε καθημερινή βαση και κοιμαμαι μονο με αυτήν από πάνω.
It is very good. It heats up quickly and is quite large for the sofa I got it for. The fabric is soft. I haven't washed it yet to see how durable it is in the washing machine. It does say that it holds up, though. I just got it. If it breaks, I'll come back! For now, I am thrilled!

Σημαντικό που πλένεται στο πλυντήριο.
The positives: The blanket is large and soft with thin heating elements, it essentially has 9 temperature settings and a 1-9 hour timer, and it also heats up quickly.
The negatives: Unfortunately, the fabric, although very soft, is quite thin so that it does NOT retain heat; that is, if the blanket is used to cover someone (either on a sofa or in a bed), they will feel almost no warmth because (due to the fabric) it all escapes upward. Also, although the heating elements are well placed, because of the above problem, the heating when you are covered is very uneven, with the parts of the blanket exposed to the air getting cold, while the parts where the blanket gathers or folds get burning hot.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, although it has very good specifications, it does not do a very good job at all as a blanket for covering up. If the company changed the fabric and used something a little thicker or more insulating it would be perfect, but as it is sold at the moment I would not recommend it because it is essentially like covering yourself with a thin -non-electric- little blanket. You still get cold, i.e.
Τα θετικά: Η κουβερτα ειναι μεγαλη και μαλακη με λεπτες αντιστασεις, εχει ουσιαστικα 9 ρυθμισεις θερμοκρασιας και 1-9 ωρες χρονομετρο, επισης ζεσταινει γρηγορα.
Τα αρνητικα: Δυστυχως το ύφασμα, αν και πολυ μαλακο, είναι αρκετα λεπτο ωστε να ΜΗΝ κραταει τη ζεστη, δηλαδη εαν η κουβερτα χρησιμοποιηθει για να σκεπαστει καποιος (ειτε σε καναπε ειτε σε κρεβατι) δεν θα νιωσει σχεδον καθολου ζεστη διοτι (λογω του υφασματος) φευγει ολη προς τα πανω. Επισης, αν και εχουν καλη θεση οι αντιστασεις, λογω του παραπανω προβληματος, η θερμανση οταν σκεπαζεσαι ειναι παρα πολυ ανομοιομορφη, με τα σημεια που η κουβερτα ειναι εκτεθειμενη στον αερα να κρυωνεις, ενω με τα σημεια που η κουβερτα μαζευει ή διπλωνει να καιγεσαι.
Συμπερασμα: Δυστυχως, παρολο που εχει πολυ καλες προδιαγραφες, δεν κανει καθολου καλη δουλεια σαν κουβερτα σκεπασματος. Εαν η εταιρια αλλαζε το υφασμα και εβαζε κατι λιγο πιο χοντρο ή πιο μονοτικό θα ήταν τέλεια, αλλα έτσι όπως πωλειται προς το παρον δεν θα την προτεινα γιατι ειναι ουσιαστικα σαν να σκεπαζεσαι με μια λεπτη -μη ηλεκτρικη- κουβερτουλα. Εξακολουθεις να κρυωνεις δλδ

We went through a lot trying to buy blankets that don't warm up and don't do a good job. (even more expensive than this one). Until we decided to get this blanket and we fell in love with it! I didn't part with it all winter, it has many temperature settings, and a timer to turn itself off.

Ζεσταίνει πολύ καλά, ειδικά οι μεγάλες βαθμίδες της καλύπτουν και τους πιο απαιτητικούς.
Για όσους δυσκολεύονται με τις λειτουργίες του κοντρόλ της να βοηθήσω λίγο:
Έχει 3 κουμπιά. Το πρώτο επάνω είναι για σταθερή θερμοκρασία, επιλέγεις εσύ την ένταση, ξεκινάει από το 7/9 που σημαίνει 7 η ανώτερη ένταση για 9 ώρες. Το δεύτερο αφορά τον χρόνο που θέλεις να ζεσταίνει, το πατάς να ρυθμίσεις πόσες ώρες θέλεις να ζεσταίνει. Το τρίτο (το οποίο είναι λίγο "tricky" για όσους δεν ξέρουν), είναι αυτό της ταχείας θέρμανσης. Δηλ. αν το πατήσεις σου δείχνει Η9 που σημαίνει ξεκινάει να ζεσταίνει στο φουλ (high) για 9 ώρες. Μετά από 1 ώρα αν δεν κάνω λάθος, μειώνεται αυτόματα και πηγαίνει στο L8, δηλ. Low για 8 ώρες. Αυτό έχει την λογική πως αν βιάζεσαι να ζεσταθεί το κρεβάτι σου, πατάς το τρίτο κουμπί ταχείας θέρμανσης στο φουλ και αν θέλεις να διατηρήσει την μέγιστη θέρμανση, μετά πατάς το πρώτο κουμπί που την διατηρεί σταθερή στο μέγιστο (7). Ελπίζω να βοήθησα λίγο.
Η κουβέρτα ζεσταίνει τόσο πολύ αν την αφήσεις στο μέγιστο, που ψήνεις αυγά.
User for one winter, the positives are that it heats up quickly. On the negative side, it is relatively thin compared to an Izzy I bought last year (very satisfied with the Izzy), with the result that you can feel the heating wires. The most annoying thing is that the heating wires are quite sparse and, combined with the thinness of the blanket, the heat is not even at the edges. The dimensions of both the Izzy and this one could have been 20 cm longer. I am 1.63 and I struggle a little to be covered from top to bottom. Also regarding the control, on the positive side it has a timer up to 9 hours, which you set from 1-9 hours, and it has 8 heat levels. The negative is that if you set it to full power, after 10-15 minutes it automatically drops to the lowest level. I imagine for safety reasons. Despite the negatives I described, I use it on a daily basis and sleep only with this one on top of me.
Χρήστης ενός χειμώνα, τα θετικα ειναι οτι ζεσταίνει γρήγορα. Απο τα αρνητικα ειναι οτι ειναι σχετικα λεπτη σε σχεση με μια izzy που ειχα πάρει πέρυσι (πολυ ικανοποιημένος με την izzy) με αποτέλεσμα να νιωθεις τις αντιστάσεις. Το πιο ενοχλητικό ειναι οτι οι αντιστασεις ειναι αρκετά αραιωμενες και σε συνδιασμό με την λεπτότητα της κουβερτας, στα ακριανα σημεια η θερμότητα να μην ειναι ίση. Οι διαστασεις και της izzy και αυτης εδω θα μπορουσε να ηταν 20 ποντους μακρύτερη. Ειμαι 1.63 και δυσκολεύομαι λιγο να καλυφθω απο πανω μεχρι κάτω. Επισης σχετικα με το κοντρόλ, απο τα θετικα ειναι οτι εχει χρονόμετρο μαξ 9 ωρες το οποίο το ρυθμίζεις απο 1-9 ωρες και εχει 8 επίπεδα θερμότητας. Το αρνητικό ειναι οτι αν το βαλεις στην φουλ ενταση, μετά απο 10-15 λεπτα πεφτει αυτοματα στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο. Φαντάζομαι για λογους ασφαλειας. Παρόλα τα αρνητικά που περιέγραψα την χρησιμοποιήσω σε καθημερινή βαση και κοιμαμαι μονο με αυτήν από πάνω.
It is very good. It heats up quickly and is quite large for the sofa I got it for. The fabric is soft. I haven't washed it yet to see how durable it is in the washing machine. It does say that it holds up, though. I just got it. If it breaks, I'll come back! For now, I am thrilled!
Είναι πολύ καλή. Ζεσταίνει γρήγορα και είναι αρκετά μεγάλη για τον καναπέ που την πήρα. Το ύφασμα είναι μαλακό. Δεν την έχω πλύνει ακόμα να δω αντοχή στο πλυντήριο. Λέει πάντως πως αντέχει. Τώρα την πήρα. Αν χαλάσει θα επανέλθω! Προς το παρόν είμαι ενθουσιασμένη!

The positives: The blanket is large and soft with thin heating elements, it essentially has 9 temperature settings and a 1-9 hour timer, and it also heats up quickly.
The negatives: Unfortunately, the fabric, although very soft, is quite thin so that it does NOT retain heat; that is, if the blanket is used to cover someone (either on a sofa or in a bed), they will feel almost no warmth because (due to the fabric) it all escapes upward. Also, although the heating elements are well placed, because of the above problem, the heating when you are covered is very uneven, with the parts of the blanket exposed to the air getting cold, while the parts where the blanket gathers or folds get burning hot.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, although it has very good specifications, it does not do a very good job at all as a blanket for covering up. If the company changed the fabric and used something a little thicker or more insulating it would be perfect, but as it is sold at the moment I would not recommend it because it is essentially like covering yourself with a thin -non-electric- little blanket. You still get cold, i.e.

Τα αρνητικα: Δυστυχως το ύφασμα, αν και πολυ μαλακο, είναι αρκετα λεπτο ωστε να ΜΗΝ κραταει τη ζεστη, δηλαδη εαν η κουβερτα χρησιμοποιηθει για να σκεπαστει καποιος (ειτε σε καναπε ειτε σε κρεβατι) δεν θα νιωσει σχεδον καθολου ζεστη διοτι (λογω του υφασματος) φευγει ολη προς τα πανω. Επισης, αν και εχουν καλη θεση οι αντιστασεις, λογω του παραπανω προβληματος, η θερμανση οταν σκεπαζεσαι ειναι παρα πολυ ανομοιομορφη, με τα σημεια που η κουβερτα ειναι εκτεθειμενη στον αερα να κρυωνεις, ενω με τα σημεια που η κουβερτα μαζευει ή διπλωνει να καιγεσαι.
Συμπερασμα: Δυστυχως, παρολο που εχει πολυ καλες προδιαγραφες, δεν κανει καθολου καλη δουλεια σαν κουβερτα σκεπασματος. Εαν η εταιρια αλλαζε το υφασμα και εβαζε κατι λιγο πιο χοντρο ή πιο μονοτικό θα ήταν τέλεια, αλλα έτσι όπως πωλειται προς το παρον δεν θα την προτεινα γιατι ειναι ουσιαστικα σαν να σκεπαζεσαι με μια λεπτη -μη ηλεκτρικη- κουβερτουλα. Εξακολουθεις να κρυωνεις δλδ

We went through a lot trying to buy blankets that don't warm up and don't do a good job. (even more expensive than this one). Until we decided to get this blanket and we fell in love with it! I didn't part with it all winter, it has many temperature settings, and a timer to turn itself off.
Edit 1 χρόνο αργότερα, ακόμα κάνει καλά τη δουλειά της, στο τέρμα σπάνια θα την ανάψω γιατί μετά από λίγο γίνεται φούρνος!

Είδαμε και πάθαμε να παίρνουμε κουβέρτες που δεν ζεσταίνουν και δεν κάνουν καλή δουλειά. (ακόμα και πιο ακριβές από αυτήν). Μέχρι που είπαμε να πάρουμε αυτή την κουβέρτα και την ερωτευτήκαμε! Δεν την αποχωρηστηκα όλο τον χειμώνα, έχει πάρα πολλές ρυθμίσεις θερμοκρασίας, και χρονοδιακοπτη για να σβήσει μόνη της.
For a double bed, it is barely the size of the mattress...
If two people are going to sleep on it, it's not enough unless they are children...
I use it as a mattress pad (under the sheet) and it has saved me!!

I got through almost the entire last winter without turning on the heating thanks to the blanket. Perfect sleep, warmth, and in the morning I woke up without pain and numbness in my body from the cold. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!!
Έβγαλα σχεδόν όλο τον προηγούμενο χειμώνα χωρίς να ανάψω θέρμανση χάρη στην κουβέρτα. Τέλειος ύπνος, θαλπωρή και το πρωί ξυπνούσα χωρίς πόνους και μούδιασμα στο κορμί από το κρύο. Από τις καλύτερες αγορές που έχω κάνει!!!
I have bought this one before (in another color) and for me it is the best thing available in Greece right now. I am repeating part of my review because it still applies:
It has many speed, heating, and time options, whichever you want. I really do not like the ones that have a fixed time to stop, because if it is very cold you wake up to turn them on again!
It is soft, lightweight, and has the largest coverage of heating elements on its surface compared to other blankets. (Usually most blankets do state the dimensions, but the area covered by the heating elements is only 1 x 1 meter.)
It heats very well, especially the higher settings, which satisfy even the most demanding users.
For those who have trouble with the functions of its control, let me help a little:
It has 3 buttons. The first one at the top is for constant temperature; you choose the intensity yourself, starting from 7/9, which means level 7 is the highest intensity for 9 hours. The second concerns the time you want it to heat; press it to set how many hours you want it to heat. The third (which is a little "tricky" for those who do not know) is the rapid heating one. That is, if you press it, it shows H9, which means it starts heating at full power (high) for 9 hours. After 1 hour, if I am not mistaken, it automatically decreases and goes to L8, i.e. Low for 8 hours. The logic behind this is that if you are in a hurry to warm up your bed, you press the third rapid-heating button at full power, and if you want it to maintain maximum heat, then you press the first button, which keeps it steady at the maximum (7). I hope I helped a little.
The blanket heats so much if you leave it at maximum that you can fry eggs.
Έχω ξανά αγοράσει την συγκεκριμένη παλιότερα (σε άλλη απόχρωση) και για μένα είναι ότι καλύτερο κυκλοφορεί στην Ελλάδα αυτή τη στιγμή. Αναφέρω ξανά μέρος της κριτικής μου γιατί ισχύει ακόμα:
Έχει πολλές επιλογές ταχύτητας, θέρμανσης αλλά και χρόνου που θέλεις. Δεν μου αρέσουν καθόλου αυτές που έχουν φιξ χρόνο να σταματάνε, με αποτέλεσμα αν κάνει πολύ κρύο να ξυπνάς για να τις ενεργοποιείς ξανά!
Είναι μαλακή, ελαφριά, έχει τη μεγαλύτερη κάλυψη αντιστάσεων στην επιφάνειά της από άλλες κουβέρτες. (Συνήθως οι περισσότερες κουβέρτες γράφουν διαστάσεις μεν, αλλά η κάλυψη από αντιστάσεις που ζεσταίνουν να είναι 1Χ1 μέτρο μόνο.)
