It contains flavonoids, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, and sodium hyaluronate. The unique olive kernel oil in its formula helps the body better absorb the dry ingredients found in each soft capsule.

  • Take 2 capsules per day with a meal
  • You can increase the dose to 3 capsules per day
  • Day 1-2: Take one capsule per day with a meal
  • Day 3-7: Take one capsule twice a day with a meal
  • After the first seven days, continue with the regular dosage
