Σύμφωνα με την Logitech, δεν υπάρχει λύση γιατί κάνουν pairing το στικάκι με το πληκτρολόγιο στο εργοστάσιο. Κάποιοι αναφέρουν ότι έχουν καταφέρει να αγοράσουν μεταχειρισμένο στικάκι ή κλώνο από την Κίνα και κάνανε pairing με εφαρμογή της Logitech. Η δεύτερη επιλογή έχει και το ρίσκο της.
