The magnetic particle filter by Brass Form is suitable for all closed circuit systems, providing ultimate system protection by effectively combining two cleaning stages: (1) through the action of a powerful neodymium magnet and (2) a stainless steel mesh (filter) to trap and remove both metallic and non-metallic particles circulating in the water of the closed system before they damage the boiler.

The continuous circulation of impurities such as rust and sludge created due to corrosion are effectively retained in the magnetic field created by the magnets inside the filter, preventing wear and damage to the boiler and heat pump.

The Mag – Filter by Brass Form is the ideal solution for gas installations with wall-mounted natural gas or LPG boilers (with LPG bottle arrays or tanks in areas without a natural gas network) and for heating installations. It is also recommended for installations in old pipe networks that have undergone significant corrosion, and it is usually placed on the return line of the heating network before the boiler or heat pump.

It can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipes thanks to the 360-degree rotation capability of the T-fitting with various connection methods.

The detachable array of magnets located inside the hydro-cyclonic flow chamber effectively captures all metallic particles. The liquid then passes through the stainless steel filter mesh, which traps all remaining non-metallic impurities that are collected at the bottom of the chamber, ready to be removed by opening a high-flow drain valve at the bottom of the filter. The ideal design of the filter does not obstruct the flow in the system (low pressure loss), and through the cyclonic action and the large volume chamber, the cleaning frequency is reduced as particles slow down when entering the filter chamber and are more easily attracted to the magnet. Additionally, the integrated air vent at the top of the magnetic filter provides the capability to vent air (microbubbles) trapped in the installation.
