    The faceplate is NOT low profile, although you can unscrew it and put it that way, with some instability. The box contains a 4-pin male to 6-pin firewire 400 (IEEE 1394a / i.link) male cable. It was automatically recognized on connected computers with Windows 10 and 11. It also worked without me connecting it directly to power, it took it from the motherboard. I tested it with Scenalyzer (many settings) and WinDV (minimal) successfully. Be careful with the installation instructions on the motherboard and connection to the camera to avoid short circuits and damage!
