The description says the following:
"It is able to measure the content of heavy metals, organic materials, and the salinity of water, as well as estimate its overall cleanliness."
which, however, it does not do.

The only thing it does is measure the hardness of the water by simply pressing a button. It doesn't have any other buttons anyway.

It measures hardness but that alone doesn't say anything about the quality of the water, only if it is above 250ppm which is when it is not drinkable. But it cannot distinguish quality from filter, bottled or tap water. The hardness is more or less the same in these cases. Useless money.

For a basic water hardness measurement, it works great. It's quite user-friendly for providing calibration to devices that require water quality (such as automatic coffee machines, washing machines, dishwashers, various filters). It measures in ppm, you may need to convert units using Google for matching measurement units

For the amateur use that I want it for, I am very satisfied. It gave a reading of 4 in commercially purified water, 215 in tap water, and 100-110 in a mixture of the two. I believe it is not a waste of money.

Όχι. Το μόνο που μετράει είναι η σκληρότητα του νερού. Τίποτε άλλο.
