    The base makes a lot of noise and wakes up the whole apartment building in the early morning. They replaced it and brought me a different color base as if they didn't know the color of my chair, and it still squeaks loudly.... They never responded to any emails after the replacement and I couldn't find them again, they just told me to oil it. It's nice but not very useful.
