They replaced it and brought me a different color base as if they didn't know the color of my chair, and it still squeaks loudly.... They never responded to any emails after the replacement and I couldn't find them again, they just told me to oil it. It's nice but not very useful.

    Two months later, the entire base creaks again after they had replaced it due to warranty.
