    My 29'' medium MTB fits relatively snugly and it annoys me a bit until I put it on. The material is not very thick and it might tear with enough stretching, but I don't think there will be a problem with dust and water.

    Very good product vfm, but be careful it is borderline for XL frame bicycles in 29" in order for me to be able to cover the bicycle I had to remove the handlebar, and from end to end I wish it was 10 inches longer.
