    On the same metal base where my old mirror was mounted, this one clicked in without needing to stick and unstick from the windshield. From there on, apart from being just 5.7cm and a bit narrower than the previous one I had (7cm), it suffers in terms of stability, as in the first few days the image would shake with every pothole, while without me intervening in any additional way it is now very stable. The image is crystal clear but slightly more distant in focus, so it takes 1-2 days for the eye to adjust and then you forget about it. A good & cheap solution.
