When placing a new head on an old air compressor of any brand, pay attention to the following among others:
- Pulley diameter: Check the diameter of the pulley that the previous motor and flywheel have. The number of revolutions of the head depends on the engine pulley and the head's flywheel.
- Oil in the crankcase: Make sure to put oil in the crankcase before starting (SAE 40 or 30 or ISO 150).
- Rotation direction: Check the rotation direction of the flywheel, it should be done according to the arc to cool the head.
- Belt tightening: Properly tighten the drive belt and the pipe couplings that transfer air to the air tank. Check the couplings for any leakage during operation.
- Pressure switch and check valve: Check the pressure switch (automatic) and the check valve internally. Ensure the presence of a safety valve.
- Suction Rate
- 606 lt/min
- Recommended Engine Power
- 5.5 hp
