The unacceptable thing is a bit. It came and entered according to the instructions. I see that the strap that holds in front of the refrigerator is not adjustable and so it is loose. I take the first ride and I feel that cold is coming from somewhere. Not only does it not protect But because that strap is loose and catches the blanket quite high, a gap is created that acts like a funnel and brings all the air in. I speak with the store (I can't say... they were very polite) I take videos of it, send them photos and they confirm to me that I have installed it correctly. They advise me to make new holes in the strap that holds in front so that it tightens and the issue is fixed. I go to do it and at that moment I notice that the blanket has completely sagged on one side, the right balloon has lost air. I leave it for a moment, make new holes, tighten it, try every possible solution with straps to tighten, loosen and change the position from the one that holds below in case the issue is fixed but nothing. I talk to the store to send it back and they tell me that it is not possible because it has been used (to a logical extent) and they suggest sending me a new air chamber. The new balloon comes and it is also defective. I didn't even message them. I went and bought a new air chamber and it entered the store immediately. Maybe it will work on other scooters. In the Medley 150, it's a big scam. Maybe if there was an adjuster on the strap that holds on the refrigerator and a second strap slightly lower to isolate, it could have worked.
