    The belt is of good quality, it tightens very well and stays in place, the pocket is very practical. Wearing it during walking and at the gym, I sweat a lot in the abdominal area.

    I'm not sure about the result of using such products in terms of what they promise (quick weight loss, etc.). Personally, it doesn't seem to have any noticeable effect on me, although, as I mentioned, I sweat a lot while using them. If you believe that sweat belts help, this particular product is a very good choice.
