Pressure cooker by Fagor, specially designed for professional use due to its large size, robust construction from high-thickness aluminum, which also makes it lightweight, the closing system with reinforced spring, and the 3 safety systems. The excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum allows for up to 50% more efficient energy use, thus cooking in up to one-third of the time required in a traditional pot while retaining all the properties and nutrients of the food. Its handles are specially reinforced with heat-insulating Bakelite to avoid potential burns.
