    I bought the refrigerator urgently because my old Siemens, which was 20 years old, showed signs of dying and I didn't want to be left without a refrigerator in the heat. I chose this Samsung quickly after seeing it on the internet, at a large store. I agreed that I would need a door reversal and they told me that the refrigerator company provides this service for free. After contacting the company, I received confirmation that once I receive the refrigerator, a technician from the company may come the same day if I receive the refrigerator before 2:00 PM. If I receive the refrigerator after 2:00 PM, they will come the next day, as the company informed me over the phone. The next day, they called me and told me that the technician will come in 9 or 10 days due to workload. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought this particular refrigerator. Another thing about this refrigerator is that I would have preferred to be able to change the positions of the shelves in height, which is not offered

    I have had it in my possession for two weeks. The two negatives it has are that you cannot place the shelves in different positions and secondly, its plastic is very fragile. I tried to put a Pyrex dish in the refrigerator and simply touched it on the side, and it made a hole.
